We have plugged the tool into our ecommerce platform and are collecting reviews weekly from our customers. **What do you dislike about Vouch?** There is little to dislike. Would like some more editing features, so we can do more with our videos, however the Canva integration has minimised the need for that. **What problems is Vouch solving and how is that benefiting you?** UGC reviews play a huge role in the success of our online store. Unlike other players in the space, which only collect low quality video from social networks, Vouch allows us to collect up to 4K quality video from our customers, handling rights management all up front and allowing us to build on these relationships. ### 2. I love how much I can personalize the questions and the final video itself. One of my favorite way to use it is to ask the same question to multiple customers and stitch all the answers together — right within Vouch. **What do you dislike about Vouch?** Some finer-tuned editing controls would be helpful. They have told me this is on their roadmap and are actively working on it. **What problems is Vouch solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's one thing to have a customer testimonial. It's another entirely to hear a customer deliver a testimonial — the emotion and conviction in their voice, their facial expressions. Vouch helps me add that emotional layer of depth to our content. Approachable, empathetic, great listeners and generally just excellent to work with - they see you as a partner not just another customer. The product - it's so easy to use and we can enable our teams in minutes to be collecting video feedback for any project they can dream of. **What do you dislike about Vouch?** There aren't any. It's rare to find a product that can meet all the expectations of so many different business units (almost all teams are using this in our company now). **What problems is Vouch solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Vouch in a number of different ways - from collecting testimonials about our events, to collecting internal feedback from our teams , to engaging with our customers. Previously it was a challenge to collect this information easily and required people to record a video on another application, download, add captions etc - often in different apps. Everything from briefing the customer, technically guiding them on how to record and upload their responses, downloading and editing as well as uploading and sharing the final deliverables. Vouch removes 95% of the entire process and allows you to focus on being supportive and helpful towards your customers/clients, while Vouch takes care of the rest! ### 6. You can lead the respondent on a journey by asking your own pre-built questions and Vouch will even help prompt you to ask the right questions. Video collection has been clunky in the past and Vouch has solved for that - the possibilities of using video content with Vouch are also endless. **What do you dislike about Vouch?** Nothing to dislike about it, I think it's a great product and so far everything has worked really well for us. **What problems is Vouch solving and how is that benefiting you?** The three main problems Vouch is solving for us are: customer testimonials, user generated content and candidate hiring/approvals. All of these require or can be uplifted through video content, which makes our life easier, makes elevating our brand easier, and makes hiring more simple. ### 8. Vouch is easy to use for anyone, but it has plenty of in-depth features that make it robust and customizable. It integrates nicely with our favourite apps like slack, dropbox, lever, Hubspot and Google drive, which makes the all process so easy. You can set up your requests in nearly any way you want, and it's flexible for editing and managing the content. The navigation is linear, and I had no issues learning or adjusting to it. The Vouch team is very transparent and listens closely to their users, taking their best feedback and suggestions to heart and constantly improving the platform. **What do you dislike about Vouch?** Honestly, I love almost everything about Vouch. It is also a super simple tool to use, where in a world where we are all-time poor, helps dramatically. **What do you dislike about Vouch?** I love Vouch.
