The Voterfly platform encouraged meaningful community engagement and particpation. It is an excellent tool that provided accuracy and reliability in the voting process. The software was easy to use, with a smooth nomination and voting process that made everything simple and efficient. It also provided businesses with a great way to be recognized through the "Best of Delano" awards, helping to highlight local talent and achievements. I can't think of anything specific that I felt mad the platform sub-par. Whenever we found a feature that seemed missing or perhaps wasn't working properly, Ryan was able to address it immediately.
