I find the development with Vonage Communications APIs very convenient. The technical documentation helps us with integration development without any technical barriers. I like the functions of being able to screen share when I am dialing a colleague, I do like the smooth feature of the online video conferencing how it allows out to 99 users at a time for huge companies that has meetings. The auto correct for example is another I find handy especially when sending a quick message I noticed that that system automatically corrects it and sends the message anyways. When it comes to calling the other party is clear and can understand me no static or voice delays which I find to be be really good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that the colors are limited I do wish there was more fun themes to change the colors when using the system. When it does come to 3 way calls there may be a sudden error where the connection can drop when adding the 3 participant into call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I personally do not understand why the SMS API cost per message is higher compared to the Messages API. We need to use SMS mostly because not all of our customers use Whatsapp (US customers), therefore we like to keep it simple with just SMS. its not what i dislike but i would like them to have a couple of things that will make them stand out from the competetion :

-ease of integeration onto older systems as so many call centers espeacially still use old laptops and pc's for their CSR's
