What do you like best about Vonage Communications APIs?

API was easy to use, but that seems to be pretty much it. Other vendors seems to have the same anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vonage Communications APIs?

Someone broke into our account on their servers and not through our own, yet they refuse to refund our balance. We were willing to overlook this if they fixed the issue but they didn't even care.

Account managers were nowhere to be found when issue happened.

SIP service accepts connections from IPs other than our server Already a big no no for security.
