Quite easy to implement and use, UI of the front end platform is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pay for the service either via cc or PayPal is just super difficult, as a company who needs multiple accounts for Dev/qa/prod it gives issues to pay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy and cool platform, it's fast and complete! What I value most is the quality of the support as well as the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vonage Communications APIs?

Some part in the UI and the boring-slow recharge method. Making the interface simpler and easier to send invoices maybe making them available immediately on the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The many request of sms delivery is now complete thanks to Nexmo, I can deliver a lot of sms with in a few! As of today, I am able to fulfill customer requests in a short time, it is also implemented with our systems and we are able to sell the service by offering a better product thanks to this precious resource. The best part of Nexmo has been how fast and straight forward it was to get up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vonage Communications APIs?

Credit card payments repeatedly failed, rearing all of our services to a halt. Unfortunately, the team was unable to help me with getting the payment processed. I ended up using the same credit card via Paypal's purchase option and it worked... I wish someone suggested it sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
