What do you like best about Vonage Communications APIs?

Uptime is great, we've never had a downtime that I'm aware of. The API is also easy to work with and offers plenty of functionality, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vonage Communications APIs?

Dashboard. The UI isn't the best, information is hard to get out of it. Would be great if you could bill in USD instead of Euros, as we're in the US. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hmm. I can't really say something about a Dislike. All is working as it should, I've never had Problems. But I'm really new (since december 18). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customers can verify their Account by 2FA (sending a Code to their Phone by SMS). They can also receive Codes by SMS for Redeeming it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy integration and I am also using the VOice service for my contact center along with the WhatsApp services and number verification services, Support staff are very good and answer the queries quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
