It simply works. We developed the integration years ago and the same code is still up and running, no surprises, as one'd expect from an infrastructure product like Nexmo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We only have benefits, our system collects actionable customer feedback so it's important to reach out to customer right after the transaction, hence SMS is the best way to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vonage Communications APIs?

Super Easy Integration to our CRM system (Zoho CRM). Nexmo is connected to our backbone CRM and allow us to send SMS and notifications to our users and customers. We realised our users don't read emails but they do read every SMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vonage Communications APIs?

We are unable to mass SMS users for marketing purpose. The Nexmo plugins doesnt allow mass SMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have finally solved the communication issue. When a customer purchase a service on our website, we immediately send them an SMS via Nexmo and that allows us to notify immediately that his purchased service is available. The easiness of getting started - I needed to demonstrate that our product could deliver real time smss and I was able to do this quickly with nexmo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The documentation is pretty good. It's a bit messy, but it exists and is VERY detailed. It allows you to make good decisions regarding regions and GEOs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For high level sending, I'd compare prices to each geo before sending. good EU prices, but that's pretty much it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
