What do you like best about VoIP Office?

I have been using VOIP Office for the last 4 years. It has always helped our business at multiple locations. We can call candidates in the entire United States from any country. We can send text messages and also can leave the voice mail. We can set different voicemail messages for busy calls, no answer calls. We can call unlimited candidates with no limit. The voice clarity is awesome. We can mute, and unmute calls. We can even make conference calls and easily transfer calls to managers or senior persons.

VOIP Office has made calling and texting very easy. We can save the contacts to the VOIP phonebook. The customer support is excellent and helpful. I have been using VOIP Office for 05 working days a week.

VOIP has made recruitment very easy for the people working offshore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VoIP Office?

What do you like best about VoIP Office?

VoIP Communicator is the software I used for making calls and sending VM to candidates mostly I can directly reach candidates I find in CEIPAL just by clicking their number, and VoIP will automatically dial the number.

I can listen to the recorded conversation also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VoIP Office?

The VoIP communicator somehow has not been functioning correctly with CEIPAL, I can make calls directly, but text message is not working. I still use the CEIPAL Texting feature for that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
