I'm a research using mostly survey methods for data colelction, and voiceform really complements this in a novel way. It just offers a new, easy path to collect more qualitative data. You know what I mean if you ever tried asking an open question in a survey... people just don't type anything into the boxes (and those few that will will actually introduce some sampling bias). As I said, it is great because it adds one distinctive feature and that is great. But it does not offer much more than that at the moment. This is not a huge problem because you can think of some weak forms of integration, but it takes some playing around. This certainly does not work flawlessly at the moment. I love what Voice Form does -- allowing respondents to answer questions by recording and uploading audio. This has been really useful for me as a coach and HR consultant. I'm a one-person show juggling tons of clients, so when it's time for me to do individual interviews or focus groups, trying to find times that mutually work for me and my clients is a nightmare. Voice Form solves this problem: I essentially can do an interview asynchronously by allowing respondents to answer my questions using this tool. I can then schedule a short follow up call if I need to probe deeper or clarify anything. The support team is also responsive. I had an urgent need yesterday and one of their reps responded to me in less than 15 minutes. I was blown away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had a few technical glitches early on in my use of the product, but support was helpful. These are the things I experienced:
1. Transcription sometimes not working or being more inaccurate than its competitors.
2. Duplicate responses generated whenever someone answered a question.
3. Duplicating a survey did not work.

As a podcaster and radio host, I'm always looking for ways to have more interaction with the people who listen to me. Voiceform makes this easy and allows listeners to become part of the shows they love. I like that I can give people a link and get their voices recorded via the web with no special equipment. I would like the ability to customize forms a bit more, adding a header, sub-header or other context about what I want, etc. But they are working on this and have already started to add these features to their forms, so I am confident I'll have exactly what I need sooner than later. In this world of zoom and clicks, VoiceForm provides the alternative to pages that say: Contact Us or Questions.
You can now provide a link where visitors on mobile or desktop can respond quickly without having to do many steps to reach YOU.

The support team is incredibly responsive first of all which is fantastic for a newer SAAS based tool. Having used multiple other forms tools the idea of using audio to capture feedback is brilliant Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the past, we used traditional forms during onboarding steps but found clients were not providing all of the details we needed—this resulted in having to book extra time to get additional information from our clients. Now with Voiceform, our client onboarding has transformed, and we get all the information we need neatly organized and transcribed for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice if additional integration would be available in Voiceforms. Webhooks are on the roadmap, so once they go-live all of our needs will be met with Voiceforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Voiceform caught my attention as the idea of speaking rather than typing seemed an excellent way to complete a form without putting it off until later (I don’t know about you, but I have many tabs open of forms I still need to complete :). By hearing someone's voice it personlizes the interaction, and can help create a human bond quicker. And it allows your personality to shine as people can hear you asking the question. With so many video tools available, it's great to have an audio-focused tool, that now includes the ability for someone to respond by text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find that some font sizes inside the app are a bit small (where's not all in our 20's with 20:20 vision). I'd like them to add webhooks so we can connect to our CRM. Also, I’m not sure if you can limit the length of how long someone has to send a voice message, but this would be a good feature to add. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
