We used Vocus for our Marketing and Press release distributing software. To be honest, after the New Year, he switched to a different distributor but ended up going back to Vocus because of their user friendly platform and easy to comprehend feedback reports. Vocus was imperative for trying to reach reporters and other thought leaders to get our stories published. It made looking at outlets very easy and I'm sure had even more tools to help manage who we contacted already for stories but I didn't take advantage of that. It was super easy to get information on anyone you needed. The information was clear and you usually didn't have to go digging beyond the regular search query that you searched for. it was nice to have everything from emails, phone numbers, to social pages all in one table.
