I love the questionnaire creator in Vocal Video. It lets me send participants a set of questions, and they record their own testimonials. This feature saves me the hassle of scheduling interviews and avoids the need for reshooting or retaking footage. I just need to trim the submissions, which saves me a lot of time. Vocal Video presents these recordings in a really professional way with good music, title cards, and elements that make the videos appealing to our audience. Their editing software is also very intuitive, which is great since it allows me to create high-quality content without needing extensive video or editing knowledge. I still feel like I'm very limited in terms of what I can do editorially. For example, when a self-recorded testimonial comes in, Vocal Video breaks it into chunks. I can shorten the beginning and/or the end of each chunk, but if there's, like, a dead spot in the middle of it or something I don't like, then I either need to be okay with including it or I have to cut out that entire chunk. I can't just go in and remove a little piece. This isn't a terrible problem to have, and I don't think we've gotten any real complaints. The collectors are really easy to set up and use both for me and for the customers using it to leave me reviews. I had set aside a few hours to learn the system and get everythign set up, but I was ready to collect reviews in about 30 minutes. I wish you could set questions as optional and allow users to skip them without recording a response. Some of our users have been confused by having a question listed as optional and needing to record something like 'Skip.' As an edtech company we wanted to get feedback from our teachers and parents on how our product is performing. Most of our feeback used to come through emails and whatsapp messages, but we are testing video and voice feeback from Vocal Video, its easy setup process put in few question and send in the link to our user base they then record their video and voice and it gets captured on our dashboard for review and publishing. The setup time was very quick and easy. It allows users to make an account and start uploading videos right away. The interface UX/UI is very intuitive and my team was able to quickly add our users to the group and start sharing videos. We have been using this platform for about 5 months now and found it very useful. We love this is 100% web-based and no need to download and install anything. It is ready to go day 1, minute 1. There are not a lot of tutorials on just what you can do with this platform. A couple of video dialogs about others using Vocal Video would be nice to help us utilize the software even more. Vocal Video is an intuitive, easy-to-use way to produce quality, shareable videos to engage your audience. I love that it's simple to set up, tailor to your brand, and edit on the back end. And our users have praised it's easy interface. No downloads, no additional equipment - the requirements on the user are the same as a Zoom/Teams meeting. There's not much I don't like about Vocal Video. There's not the unlimited freedom of branding and placing images anywhere within the video as there would be if producing it yourself from scratch, but logos and your company's color schemes can be used to fit your brand identity.
