Working from non domain networks gives issues a lot of times. You cannot connect to the company network from your vm even when you have vpn installed on your host machine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) Its industry standard desktop virtualization technology that helps even a tablet can be running with Windows or Linux.
2) It provides the best features of VMWare like completely isolated secure virtual machines for an encapsulated operating system and its application.

What do you dislike about VMware Workstation Player?
1) You’ll need a unique image for each OS and there is no advanced floating feature available.

What do you like best about VMware Workstation Player?
I prefer the workstation pro version, but in case you need to install in a secondary machine and you don't need to build a new vmdk , or you just need to play a vmware virtual machine, this is the version right for you.
Every new release is more reliable, this program is a must have for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
