We use VMware as an almost complete compute solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VMware vSphere?

I personally like the App Volumes and User Environment Manager combination, as it allows us to provide granular applications to the end users and makes for easy setup of the applications for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VMware vSphere?

Figuring out upgrade paths can be a pain, because of having to verify all the compatible versions between the different integrated components. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

VMWare and specifically Fusion is my goto platform for running windows test systems and running Visual Studio on a Mac. I have tried other solutions from other vendors but fin them to be more focused on gaming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VMware vSphere?

Very stable platform and works better than competitors with business applications. Update Cycle is very good, can get ~ two years of update before needing to upgrade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
