I'm glad we've been able to help you remove errors from sales orders. You are absolutely correct that a key point in setting up a product configurator is reviewing that all product options and components are configurable according to the product specifications.

UX and ease of design process in a 3D product configurator is something we as a team need to focus on continuously. The storage system configurator which we have delivered to your business has extra steps in the product design process which can be removed, and it's also possible to add guidance to first-time users. Configuration of building materials for sales quotes requires often industry-specific knowledge, and I'm happy to hear our implementation team has been able to support your organisation's needs in this regard.

For some of our larger clients, our 3D product configurator solution has been been earlier delivered as a single-tenant environment, in which case the drawback are the automatic roll-outs of newer versions of software. You'll be pleased to know we also support multi-tenant environments today and are happy to look into the possibility of enabling the benefits of this approach for you too in the future.

Great to hear our product is easy to use by your organisation, and enables you to visualise configurable furniture, and the running effort/cost is low.

It's true that the visual quality of 3D rendering has taken major steps in the past years. This makes the old versions of our solutions look very pale in comparison to the current practice and technology! Luckily, we've invested into developing visual quality recently and our customers can take benefit directly from these developments. For example, your solution could easily be upgraded to support 4K resolution and you can now produce high-quality rendered images automatically from the product configurations.

In addition, I'm sorry if you've not received information, changes/fixes from our service team recently according to our standard practices. I'll make sure our team will be in touch with you!
