
The Vividly team has been integral in ensuring our transition from our prior system to the new Vividly system. The integration team is nothing short of amazing. The weekly calls and updates, the communication real time of status changes, the alignment of their platform with our needs...all outstanding. The platform itself is extremely easy to use and navigate while also being very user friendly (training for entire Sales team was so much easier than my past experiences with other platforms). The analytics of the Vividly suite are a massive upgrade for my company and allow us to real time analyze and identify specific market actions we can take to improve profitability. Appreciate you taking the time to write this - seriously. This is exactly what we hope the experience feels like, especially during a transition, which we know can be painful if it’s not handled right.
The integration team will love hearing this. They take a lot of pride in being hands-on and actually responsive (which unfortunately isn’t the norm in this space), so it means a lot that it showed up on your end.
Also great to hear the usability and analytics are hitting the mark. A big part of what we’re trying to do is make TPM not feel like… TPM - less clunky, more intuitive, and actually useful in real time vs. something you have to wrestle with after the fact.
And on the “nothing to dislike” front - we’ll take it, but we’re also not naive 😄. If anything ever does feel off or missing, we want to hear it. That’s how we keep getting better.
