I have been facing issue while having an international call with foreign clients like from spain, portugal etc. As these were not my primary not secondary language i was always facing an issue with the language. They use to speak in english but due to different accent and speed of speaking i was unable to get all the points clearly for which there were always a communication gap and lack of clearity but with the use of Viva now they can speak in their own language and i use to see that in translated languge like subtitle. The best part is it is a real time translation so the communation was always clear and complete. It also has the option of viva box which can be used to read the previous conversation and that too was translated in two language. The in meeting summery is also the great initiative from the teams that we can go through the meeting summery quickly. As like teams viva also has the meeting transcript which can be saved and can be accessed anytime and also i can share the meeting recoirding with the team who has missed the meeting due to any urgency or of any reason.
