It's pretty easy to understand after a slightly steep learning curve. Very safe and secure and very responsive client support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vitrium Systems?

I appreciate that our programs, which took years to develop, are both protected and easily accessible to our paying clients. The interactivity of our programs, including fillable documents with annotations, is fully supported by Vitrium. This functionality is crucial to our success.

Additionally, the customer support and onboarding process were extremely helpful, ensuring we implemented everything needed to achieve our goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vitrium Systems?

I don't like that the thumbnails in the user portal can't just be one image, and there is a need for a text area below the image (there is a work around, but it's not perfect). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Susan Daly of Vitrium Systems

Thank you for your positive review of Vitrium! Regarding what you dislike, we're taking your thumbnail feedback to our product team and we hope to improve that in the future!

What do you like best about Vitrium Systems?

What stands out most about Vitrium Systems is their unwavering commitment to data security and content protection. Additionally, their user-friendly interface makes it easy for clients to navigate and implement their solutions seamlessly. With Vitrium Systems, you can trust that your valuable content is in capable hands, safeguarded against unauthorized access or distribution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vitrium Systems?

An aspect that could be improved upon is the flexibility and customization options within the platform. While Vitrium Systems offers solid encryption and content protection features, some users have expressed a desire for more customizable settings and advanced configuration options to tailor the system to specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vitrium Systems?

The most helpful thing about the Vitrium Systems is how easy they are to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vitrium Systems?

The least helpful thing about the Vitrium Systems is having to download content multiple times to help safeguard content end users can/cannot see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Susan Daly of Vitrium Systems

Thank you for the overall positive review! Regarding your comment about what you dislike about Vitrium, if you can reach out to our support team so we can help you, that would be good. With Vitrium's secure web viewer, you don't need to download content multiple times, and with Vitrium's protected PDF, you only need to download the file once. So there might be something else going on regarding your use case that we can help you with.

What do you like best about Vitrium Systems?

I struggled to protect my IP, and was frequently approached by people saying "love your report" whom I hadn't sold my work to. Vitrium has fixed that - now only the people I sell to can access my IP.

Also, it was great to be able to provide product demonstrations - giving access to my content for a limited trial only.

Its also the best DRM for adobe acrobat I've found Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vitrium Systems?

Not every company's IT will permit access to Vitrium (still it was better than other ones I've tried). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Susan Daly of Vitrium Systems

Thank you for your positive review of Vitrium! You mentioned "not every company's IT will permit access to Vitrium" but we generally find most of them do once they understand what Vitrium is used for: to protect the IP of our customers. It's usually a simple whitelisting that their IT department needs to do for a specific port to allow Vitrium's authentication of a secure document to go through. All the best to you and thank you again for the great review!

What do you like best about Vitrium Systems?

Their platform for sharing documents while maintaining security and digital rights protection just fit all our needs and had none of the downsides of competing vendors. In addition, support and customer service have been remarkably responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vitrium Systems?

Honestly, nothing comes to mind that I actually dislike. Here and there I have ideas for features or functions they might add; I have passed those along occasionally, and even seen one or two implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Claudia Ascione of Vitrium Systems

We also want to thank you for continuing to offer your feedback and ideas for new features! What do you like best about Vitrium Systems?

Vitrium allows us to provide prompt customer support while still keeping our documents propietary. It is very user friendly and allows us to host a large quantity of data across various stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vitrium Systems?

We occasionally experience issues with our clients getting a "Proxy Error" that we have been unable to resolve. However, this is not a common occurance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Claudia Ascione of Vitrium Systems

Hi Lisa, thank you for your feedback. We're very pleased to know that Vitrium DRM software has enabled you to host and distribute valuable files while maintaining your documents proprietary. Regarding the "Proxy Error" that your clients sometimes encounter and you haven't been able to resolve: this can happen when there is a firewall or proxy server set up for extra security. The firewall or proxy server are set up on the user's side. They are designed to protect organizations from unwanted viruses and malware, and sometimes are unable to differentiate between these and safe types of communication, such as the content you're distributing. We hope this helps explain why some of your users might be having this issue.

What do you dislike about Vitrium Systems?

not cheap, and browser loading is slow sometimes depends Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Claudia Ascione of Vitrium Systems

Thank you for your kind words, Carrie! We're glad to hear that you find our team professional and kind. We understand your concerns about browser speed, and we'd like to explain why this sometimes happens. Our web viewer, which delivers protected content through a variety of supported web browsers, is regularly updated during our bi-weekly software releases. As part of this update, new scripts will run and new files will be cached to your browser. This is what happens when a user first opens the web viewer after a new release has come out, and is the reason you sometimes experience slower than normal loading times. Hopefully that helps clarify things a bit! Please don't hesitate to reach out to our team if you have any questions.
