**What do you like best about Genesys?**

I really appreciate the new updated layout in Genesys, which makes it easier for me to group calls within a specific type of campaign that I'm working on. This enhanced organization helps me manage campaigns more effectively. Additionally, I love the ability to transfer calls with ease, which significantly improves my workflow and efficiency when dealing with various communication tasks. These features help streamline the process on our dialer, allowing me to manage making and receiving different types of calls and running campaigns more seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Genesys?**

I find the new layout of Genesys challenging. As someone who is a creature of habit, I was used to having certain things in specific places. The recent changes have altered this, and it's not as user-friendly as it was before.

**What problems is Genesys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Genesys to streamline our dialer processes, making and receiving various call types and managing campaigns efficiently. The updated layout simplifies call grouping within campaigns and eases call transfers.

The way of features they are introducing, asking an ideas from the customer and based on the votes the development activities and deployment are stared.

The release of the feature date should be displaying in each idea

Genesys introduce recently web messaging it helps a client lot to view the historical data.

What do you like best about Genesys? the thing I like about Genesys is that I was able to contact my customers easily at any place in the world, also I can schedule a callback on it so I won't forget

What do you dislike about Genesys? there's nothing that I don't like in genesys it has its own website where I can check my recordings and voice mail that was left by my customers

What problems is Genesys solving and how is that benefiting you? I always forgot my callbacks but with genesys I am able to schedule and remind me of it ahead of time.

Its an all in one-stop shop for a contact center.

The slow speed but it is due to the number of features available.

Its an All in one solution, previously there were multiples apps for different features in a contact center.

**What do you like best about Genesys?**

Very detailed configurational options resulting in a better solution design. Also, the reporting and analysis tools are quite helpful for better customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Genesys?**

I think it is product dependent because pureengage has quite a distributed architecture but purecloud and pureconnect has now covered this problem to some extent. Also, there is one more thing that i think needs to be taken care of and that is with launch of new modules previous ones are often offered support by Genesys.

**What problems is Genesys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From business point of view Genesys has helped a lot with customer experience through reporting and analytics tools. Also, the WFM tool has helped as well.

Google cloud is best as it is easy to access over WEBURL no need to install any thick client applications . Very user friendly to work with Genesys cloud

If you can add more detail on Documentation would help to navigate easily.

Documentation on a Professional services perspective - deployment and installation would help.
Easy to promote to any customer from small scale industries to large enterprises

Bundle offers,  Attractive commercial model,  Innovations, 
Open API Architecture.

WFM, Logging needs to be improved, Compliance like TCPA for outbound communication, More monitoring capabilities if possible.

Focus on the experience offering from Genesys rather than product selling. 
Focus on business discussions and meeting the IT demands.

**What do you like best about Genesys?**

I like that you can record calls on demand and that voicemails provide text script of the voicemail.  Also that it keeps track of your call patterns.

**What do you dislike about Genesys?**

It does not integrate well with Salesforce.  Most of us use SF to dial for it to track correctly with our metrics, but it is easier to use genesis on its own, and not easy to use in SFDC

**What problems is Genesys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

dialing with ease, saving contacts, remembering when to follow up with ppl.

I was looking for someone who could immediately solve my issue. on top of that, I did not have to wait for my call to be answered by someone as there is minimal or no waiting period.

**What do you dislike about Genesys?**

I did not dislike anything at all. I wish you guys open up a branch in India or maybe train people there as well. :P

my company wanted customer service outsourced. Genesys was the best we could get. They have the best call centre services ever.

I like that Genysys is integrated with Salesforce so i can easily click the number I want to dial and call.

My headphones do not work with Genysys which is super frustrating when going into the office.

I wouldn't say i'm solving problems, but it's a great outreach tool to get in touch with my clients.

I liked the user friendly experience of using Genesys tool and its applications which are very handy and monitoring

Mainly it was the frequent disconnects on LCA on the server.

Refer documentation of Genesys it is very helpful and available.Also ,certification for long term

All the features are the best but one part which is next level was AM's can track all the activities in the Genesys itself as they have extra permissions for it

**What do you dislike about Genesys?**

Sometimes it gets crashes, so we need to ask them to re-login again.

**What problems is Genesys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's beneficial in bringing the leads to win the deal as we are using this as a voice tool, where we track n everything and integrate with salesforce.
