**What do you like best about Vitally?**

I love how clean the user interface is. It makes it easy to access everything that I need to assist clients. It optimizes all of my workflows and saves me time by having all of the information readily available.

**What do you dislike about Vitally?**

I dislike that I cannot highlight and copy information within the application, especially when it's critical to transfer information from Vitally to another application. This is really the only complaint I have though. Everything else is excellent.

**What problems is Vitally solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to save time when accessing Customer information. I love that I can see a history of all previous interactions with all entities including the support team, account managers, and customer success coaches. These are typically housed in external applications so it's really great that they are all seamlessly integrated in Vitally.

**What do you like best about Vitally?**

Vitally provides detailed and customizable analytics, enabling us to gain deep insights into customer health and engagement. The ability to track key metrics and visualize data in intuitive dashboards helps us make data-driven decisions and proactively address potential issues.

The automation features in Vitally streamline our customer success processes, reducing manual efforts and ensuring consistent follow-ups. Automated workflows for tasks such as onboarding, renewals, and customer feedback collection save us significant time and help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Vitally allows us to tailor customer health scores based on specific criteria relevant to our business. This customization ensures that we have an accurate and meaningful representation of each customer's health, enabling targeted interventions to improve retention and satisfaction.

The loading time of the dashboards take very long.

The seamles integration and the way data from my platform is pulled and represented along with the customer stats.

**What do you dislike about Vitally?**

The sorting filter mechanism can be improved a bit. The current implementation requires multiple selections and clicks.

**What do you like best about Vitally?**

Vitally has a lot of flexibility with how you can filter and display your data. It makes it easy to identify trends with your customers and run data quality audits.

**What do you dislike about Vitally?**

There is not currently a way to automate sending out reports/KPIs on a certain cadence (i.e. weekly report showing ARR, churn rate, retention rate, etc.) without a change being made to trigger the report.

**What problems is Vitally solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vitally is helping us to identify risks, track revenue, organize product requests and support tickets, and keep an accurate record of each customer.

**What do you like best about Vitally?**

After putting quite some work in the setup of the tool, such as the settings, integrations, playbooks etc. it's very easy to use for our Customer Success managers to find the right information regarding users and accounts.
Most of our other tools are nicely integrated to combine specific integration and create an overview.

**What do you dislike about Vitally?**

Sometimes we're blocked by our own imagination regarding playbooks and setup, as we hope for even more filter or trigger possiblities. The customer support handles our feature requests very well!

**What problems is Vitally solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main goal is to keep an overview on the customer health, by using all kinds of metrics. On top of that, we guide accounts through onboarding and lifecycles.
Having user events also allows to recognize account growth opportunities and churn risks.

It is very easy to create visualizations of data that exists inside Vitally to help our reps understand which accounts are a priority.

There are times when the admin console is not as straightforward as it should be, so when it comes to customizing views especially of custom objects, it might take a little bit more digging.

**What do you like best about Vitally?**

Once a playbook is set-up and running, the automation is incredibly helpful and useful to target customers at scale. The UX is user-friendly and it is relatively easy to find information faster than SFDC. We can also see all customer interactions in one place. Our CSM has been great!

**What do you dislike about Vitally?**

The playbook was time-consuming and difficult to set up (although I didn't do much training before creating.) There are many nuances to the playbooks that aren't clear and we have run into some weird bugs that are yet to be resolved.

**What problems is Vitally solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vitally is helping us see a holistic view of all customer interactions and allows us to target customers in a scalable yet personal way. This allows us to contact all of our self-starter customers which wasn't scalable before.

**What do you like best about Vitally?**

I appreciate the accessibility and knowledge of their internal teams when it comes to questions I have surrounding setup within the product. It has all of the features that I need but sometimes I need a hand getting them configured properly (which they're always happy to lend)!

**What do you dislike about Vitally?**

I think the segmenting for playbooks can be a bit confusing at times, I would also love the ability to view messages send out to customers according to the conversation template like you can with playbooks! I can search by a templates subject but it can still be a bit challenging.

**What problems is Vitally solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to integrate with our other internal systems to ensure that customers are accurately assigned to their CSMs and onboarded seamlessly.

I’ve really been enjoying the visibility and insights Vitally provides into my customer accounts. Having access to more detailed information has made it easier to better serve my accounts and understand their needs.At the same time, I’m exploring how to maximize the features available to further enhance my work.

There seems to be a lot of potential in terms of what it can offer. At the same time, I recognize it can be challenging to decide which features to focus on and maximize in order to best support my work needs.

**What problems is Vitally solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve found that Vitally has been incredibly helpful in identifying where I should focus more time, especially with customers who are at-risk, have low utilization, or are unresponsive. Having these intentional insights has really made a difference, allowing me to be more proactive instead of wondering where to prioritize my efforts.

What I like most about Vitally is the customization, filters, and also performance. Easy to use and easy to communicate with my client portfolio. The dashboards are customizable, which allows for the creation of various panels.

I have no negative points about the tool.

Customer management, centralizing my clients' information. I can measure NPS and also identify new opportunities for upsell, in addition to managing cancellations.

**What do you like best about Vitally?**

Vitally lets me keep track of projects and tasks on my to-do list. As a first-time user, learning the basic functions and making them personalized to my liking was fairly easy. It's nice to be able to work out of mainly one platform like Vitally rather than having to switch between multiple.

**What do you dislike about Vitally?**

Many tools/features seem hidden and I don't feel I'm taking full advantage of the platform or the ways it can be customized. Perhaps with time, I will figure them out!

Helps keep track of multiple steps in a project and when they are due. It allows me to communicate with other stakeholders directly within the platform.

What I like most about Vitally is how quick and dynamic it is when interacting with different hubs. It helps me keep clients organized, view their health, manage tasks, and track USD. Additionally, it is useful for reporting to other teams on the status of our clients. The customer support is excellent.

I have nothing negative to highlight about Vitally. It is very intuitive, flexible, and dynamic, even for creating reports with graphics.

Vitally is solving the problem of scalability by allowing us to efficiently manage and attend to more clients. I love the ability to integrate with other platforms, even our own, to pull data and statistics automatically. It allows us to only look in one place for all the info.

**What do you dislike about Vitally?**

The only few issues I have had have to do with weekly notes and dashboard permissions. It would be nice to have the option to add customer updates while I am on my main customer page, instead of having to go into each customer. It was also not super obvious what type of permission was needed to build certain dashboards. We have figured this out for the most part, but took a little trial and error.

We are using the platform to onboard new customers. We look at customer usage to see how they can become successful

**What do you like best about Vitally?**

Vitally helps me to cast a wide net of visibility into many different projects, side-projects, notes, tasks and details of my customers. Vitally helps me to check the boxes and stay on-track as a Customer Success Manager handling many different accounts.

**What do you dislike about Vitally?**

The challenge I faced initially was getting to a point where I was creating dashboards or workflows that felt like they were what I was looking for. There was definitely a few initial hurdles to familiarity with the software, and feeling confident in using it the way I needed for my role.

**What problems is Vitally solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vitally is helping our organization to organize accounts, and provide a central hub for all things projects, tasks and account notes as well as projects from Onboarding to Success and even account transitions.

**What do you like best about Vitally?**

Vitally is my go-to platform for anything CS and Marketing related. It allows me to organize and segment all my accounts, which is incredibly important for any software company. I love how I'm able to easily identify accounts for case studies and testimonials, as all the data is there. The best part is you can filter any and all information/data to find exactly what you are looking for. I love their dashboard tool as well, as you can get really creative with any use cases.

**What do you dislike about Vitally?**

There's definitely a learning curve to it, but the Vitally team is super responsive and their help center is full of guidance. Once you get the hang of it, like any software, it's a very valuable platform. The team is also receptive to feature requests and feedback.

**What problems is Vitally solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using Vitally, we didn't have an easy way to house all of our accounts and users. Vitally gave us the platform we needed to track and segment all these accounts easily, making it really important for upsell opportunities and customer advocacy programs.

**What do you like best about Vitally?**

Vitally is a game changer to keeping all customer data, deliverables and contracts in one place. I like that everything is in one place and I dont have to go hunt down all the information I need. It integrates with the other data systems we are using so it helps streamline our process of keeping up to date. It is super user friendly, clear and concise and lets me create customized views based on different needs. Our CSM is wonderful and is always helping us find innovate solutions and best ways of using vitally even more. I use it on a daily basis and could not be as productive if I did not have it.

I want a place to link contract or contract terms where it will be easily accessible.

**What problems is Vitally solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A deep lense of our customers, how we are tracking health and relationships with them and what areas we need to improve.

**What do you like best about Vitally?**

We bought Vitally about 6 months ago and although it took a bit of time to get up and running, it now sits firmly at the centre of our CS process. I couldn't imagine trying to manage our customer base without the various reports, views and drill-downs. We put quite a lot of work into making sure that our product usage data flowed through into Vitally, and the Vitally team were extremely helpful in getting that all set up (using a combination of direct API, HubSpot, and Segment).

The result of this has been that every question or query about our customer base, we can answer in a few seconds. Vitally sits open in a tab most of my working day - I would strongly recommend it to anyone trying to better manage a growing customer base.

**What do you dislike about Vitally?**

It is fairly expensive, and it could probably do with more reporting options (e.g. Track Events as a first-class reporting entity) - but nothing else to complain about.

**What problems is Vitally solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vitally helps us understand our customer engagement levels, and keep track of how well they are engaging with our product. This is critical for planning product releases, testimonial requests, renewal meetings etc.

Overall, I have nothing to dislike about Vitally, but I would like to highlight the delay in reading and reflected data from our database, which takes hours.

**What do you like best about Vitally?**

We've been a customer for about a month now after undergoing a 4-month evaluation of Vitally and 5 competitors.  The sales process was professionally managed in all ways imaginable.  We were provided with a sandbox environment to validate our use cases and model our desired workflows.  Everyone we've interacted with (sales, sales engineers, csm's, solutions architects, tech support, etc.) has been knowledgeable, helpful, and personable.  

I've personally been responsible for evaluation, selection, and implementation.  I'm also the first person at our company to begin using Vitally with customer accounts.  It's been a joy to use and to show to my teammates who have been thrilled to learn that many of the aches and pains they've experienced for years are about to be alleviated.

Overall, it's easy to use, configure, and administer.  Tailoring the objects to meet our needs has been pretty straight-forward and integration with Salesforce and Zendesk were a snap (more integerations to come).

**What do you dislike about Vitally?**

So far, I've not found anything to dislike.  I'm a huge fan and can't say enough great things.

**What problems is Vitally solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vitally is helping us optimize our CS motions, reduce chasing customer info in multiple systems, tracking and identifying risk factors, having tools ready-at-hand when they're needed, collaboration with customers, automation, task management, reporting, and more.

**What do you like best about Vitally?**

I most enjoy the ability to pull in many fields and traits as a way to easily manage my accounts. Before using Vitally, account information would be stored in various places and programs across the account team. Vitally has allowed to better collaborate on accounts and serves as our main source of information. 
The ability to create and share dashboard views is also very helpful and provides data visualizations we didn't have before.

**What do you dislike about Vitally?**

I am always learning new features and tips, which is great, but it can be difficult to learn all the features of Vitally unless you have a sit down training, which we didn't do. I also think your experience with Vitally largely depends on your role and how you need to use it. Those in different roles on our account teams need to use Vitally more than I do. I also wish there was more functionality, like connecting to our calendars or being able to collaborate and share resources with customers in a secure way.

**What problems is Vitally solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better manage our customer accounts and track account health. Before having Vitally, we had no easy way to track time since last meeting, product usage, etc... Vitally is a quick and easy way to see overall account status and health.

The design helps when trying to make sense of a lot of information. I am also very into deign and can appreciate when a company makes an effort.

Navigating can some times be challenging but other than that, nothing really.

Documentation. Notes from other CSMs that had a customer but now another CMS has them. The Active Conversation part for the same reason.

I love how easy the platform is to learn and work with. Compared to other platforms, this is way less clunky and I was able to start working with it pretty easily.

The product is clean, intuitive, and keeps getting better. It solves almost all of our needs. My favorite part about Vitally, however, is the amazing support. Our CSM is a trusted advisor for not just the Vitally product but also our CS function in general. The Support team is super responsive and helpful as well.

There are some product features, namely around Docs, that are lacking. None of them are showstoppers, but some have required us to get clever or deliver suboptimal solutions.

I like the dashboard views you have have setup and how easy these are to customise from with the platform. i am able to see quick stats during onboarding , including onboarding time , customer feedback etc. I also like the table views where i can quickly see what stage all my clients are at.

Would be good to have a more in-depth alert system , that can alert out to slack , such as when a customer has a certain trait go above a certain number.

It is great that you can integrate it with any other system and see all the required information about your customer in one place.
Moreover, it has a remarkable ability to generate all kinds of tracking reports for your customers.

Several product features aren't very convenient to use.
For example, the right sidebar, which opens for notes, tasks, etc., isn't very convenient to use.
It opens with a limited width, which is annoying. If you create a note and don't save it right away, you might lose the information you are adding as a note.

**What do you like best about Vitally?**

The ability to bring multiple data points from various systems, including SalesForce, email and Intercom, into one platform to get a complete view of a customer's performance and usage.  

The implementation process was straightforward once we integrated the key data sources. However, leveraging a project resource to help build the platform will enable a faster value delivery. 

The customer health scoring and performance metrics are particularly useful as you can combine multiple data points to provide insight and enable a focus on high-risk customers.

The other components that we have built out in Vitally are:

- The Playbook functionality to provide increased automation; 
- The use of projects and tasks to manage and allocate the work across the team; and
-  The use of the hubs so that CSMs and ISMs can create their own views covering customer activity and status, as well as, outstanding and completed tasks and projects.

**What do you dislike about Vitally?**

Vitally can ingest a lot of data points from multiple systems and can become quite overwhelming.  So, you need to be selective about what is important whilst catering to the individual needs of each CSM or ISM.

**What problems is Vitally solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vitally is automating and streamlining our CS and on-boarding processes using Vitally Playbooks to create projects and communicate with our customers.  This provides efficiency and creates a standard process and templates for the team to use.

In addition, we use the data to provide alerts and calculate metrics to manage clients proactively to help retain our customers and identify expansion opportunities.

Absolutely love Vitally! The product itself is versatile and easy to use. It integrates with other software such as Salesforce quickly and easily. Managing automations is a breeze. The product team also does a great job of making improvements and pushing out new useful features on a regular basis.

What really sets Vitally apart though is the team on their end. Whether it's our CSM, Vitally Support, or even the CEO, working with Vitally has been an absolute pleasure. They really want to see us be successful and go out of there way to ensure we're getting the most out of Vitally.

I'd recommend Vitally to anyone looking to scale their Success Team.

**What do you dislike about Vitally?**

As an admin user, the main dislike I have is the user admin page. It's one of the few features in Vitally that doesn't have a lot of options for customization. I'd love to see filtering and export options, plus basic usage data for our teams to help manage them better.

Vitally lets us do more with less. We're able to manage accounts more efficiently view workflows that allow us to document everything from onboarding to renewals with our customers. Before Vitally, this was all being done in a hodgepodge of other tools. Bringing everything to one place has been a huge benefit for our team.

**What do you like best about Vitally?**

Vitally has been a game-changer for our team at a time when we spent hours every day trying to gather data and understanding which customers needed our attention. 

Implementation requires to have a good tool stack in place and takes a few hours here and there thanks to their existing integrations. It required little tech intervention on our end and Vitally was up and running within a month. Their CSM, implementation specialist and support team were very helpful in every step of the process.

All of our CS team is now using Vitally on a daily basis for task management, alerting, analyzing portfolio health score, and following up with customers with a 360° view on their activity. As a manager it is also a great way to implement best practices and monitor the team activity.

**What do you dislike about Vitally?**

Vitally's open API is very limited so it may be complicated to work around missing integrations. 
Dashboards, emails and playbooks could also be more flexible (Vitally releases regular updates so we're hoping to see improvements in the future).

- Centralizing customer data from all other tools
- Implementing playbooks, templates and processes for CSMs

I had a positive experience with Vitally to-date; it has been user-friendly and efficient platform. Since launching the CSMs have enjoyed taking notes and the ease of use of the platform to manage their book of business. The Vitally team - AE, CSM, AM, SA - all very knowledgeable in the capabilities of the tool.

Finding nuances and missing features throughout implementation (eg. Google Calendar integration, quirky going from a drill-down view back to the Hub). Happy to hear they are thinking about creating a Partner network as the out-of-the-box implementation did not suite our needs.

Slick UI, excellent customization ability, fast and user-friendly integration management (e.g. Salesforce field mapping), powerful when leveraged at its full potential. Lots of bells and whistles, with a pretty snappy UI as well. Stellar CS support and knowledge from Amelia, and a product team that seems to roll out new features all the time and seems interested in direct customer feedback.

**What do you dislike about Vitally?**

Vitally's CS team is strong, but you'll NEED to lean on them pretty heavily occasionally to overcome some unintiutive hurdles with what can sometimes feel like obscure workarounds. Still - those workarounds do tend to work, and once the learning curve begins to flatten it becomes a more infrequent concern.

**What problems is Vitally solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer health tracking, notes management, NPS deployment, forecasting, custom reporting, etc.

As it relates to the problems that brought us to look into Vitally to begin with: We previously used a competing CSP that was built on a salesforce integration that often broke and required the admin to email support to update field mappings - Vitally feels a million lightyears ahead in this regard; the integration is lightning fast, stable, and highly user-configurable.

Vitally allows me to streamline communication, onboarding, and internal tasking in order to ensure of customer success experience is both efficient and replicable. With Vitally, everything is streamlined, there's a system or automation in place, and my manager, colleagues, and I have one place to look at all our data.

It offers a lot of useful data both for dig deeper into each customers behavioral data, and also for comparison across different filtering criteria. The settings are quite flexible, so that we can customize it into our own needs. The support team is also helpful when I had performance issues with the tool.

**What do you dislike about Vitally?**

The integrations seem to be tricky. We are still having incorrect data that are either outdated or just misaligned with the source, thus we couldn't trust everything there and couldn't use it for the full potential yet.

- To check customer health through behavioral data, and get an overview of the customer base with different filters. 
- Use the data as a reference for team collaboration.
