What do you like best about Vitally?

I love they way data is synced with the platform. I can review my portfolio just with a few clicks so I can make the best decisions possible, you know, focus on what matters the most. What do you like best about Vitally?

Our CSMs finally have a holistic view of their clients and a hub for day-to-day client management! It's used daily by the CSM team. We love how Vitally integrates with our tools and brings together a clear bird' s-eye view of an account. It's also been relatively smooth to set up for someone who has never launched a CS platform before. Their team has been very supportive in helping me get Vitally launched. What do you dislike about Vitally?

We operate at an organizational level rather than a child account level. Because Vitally was built around the account level, there were certain workarounds we had to put in place to operate smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vitally solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vitally brings together salesforce, zendesj and product data. It got our of spreadsheet for client management which has been huge. As a leader, I have way more visibility into the teams performance and capacity.

The dashboards have helped me show the executive team how we are performing, ultimately showcasing the value of my CSM team.

What do you like best about Vitally?

I see Vitally as this modular place where all CS activities can be organised in the way you want: your segments, your health score and alarms. As a CS I appreciate this flexibility to come as close as we can to our own systems.

Considering the complexity of all this personalization, it's great to see that the speed and reactivity of the software is not altered. All updates are done on the go and you can expect your reports to be updated constantly. Not true of all CS softwares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vitally?

Vitally Docs with embedded Projects have revolutionized the way I'm able to run implementation projects. It's so helpful to be able to auto-populate Account data to save time, and by being able to incorporate multiple Pages within one Doc, I am able to include relevant information in a single place, both for me and for my customers. What do you dislike about Vitally?

Since Vitally's power resides in it's integrations, there can be a bit of a lift when getting started. Not every field I need for my job is immediately available in Vitally, but oftentimes our CS Ops admins are able to help here. Vitally helps me solve tracking project status and customer adoption during implementations. Vitally is able to record which tasks customers have completed in our Project, as well as surfacing insights from our platform directly to see if they are on track for onboarding. - Easy intuitive platform & great UI

I love how easy it is to build views and dashboards that make my day-to-day more efficient and report account health upwards to leadership. Their support team is very responsive and it feels like the product team is very focused on customer feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes when building bar graph widgets with groupings of time (months, quarters), they render the bars out of order (so not Q1, Q2, Q3). Support is quite responsive and quick to resolution though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an Account Manager for Enterprise, Vitally has become an indispensable tool in my daily workflow. What I appreciate most about Vitally is its ease of use. Even with the robust functionality it offers, everything is easy to understand and clearly presented, which means I can focus on my core responsibilities rather than getting bogged down by a steep learning curve.

I find myself using Vitally every week for every customer meeting, which speaks volumes about its importance in my role. The platform helps me stay organized and prepared, ensuring that I have all the necessary data and insights at my fingertips. This not only saves time but also enhances the quality of my customer interactions, allowing me to address issues proactively and identify opportunities for growth.

Two sections of Vitally that I particularly rely on are the Reports and Notes. The Reports section provides me with detailed analytics on customer health, engagement, and potential risks, all of which are crucial for making informed decisions. The ability to customize these reports means I can tailor the data to meet the specific needs of each client, adding significant value to our meetings.

Meanwhile, the Notes section serves as a centralized hub for all my client interactions. It’s where I document meeting summaries, action items, and follow-up tasks, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. The integration of these notes with other tools like Slack and Salesforce further streamlines my workflow, keeping everything interconnected and easily accessible.

There are a couple minor limitations with the Hubspot integration that make it difficult to keep data clean, but I am confident this will be improved with some of the upcoming feature releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vitally solving and how is that benefiting you?

Perhaps the biggest problem that Vitally is helping us to solve is the standardization and project management of our implementation process. We were able to build out project / doc templates for different segments so we can ensure that our implementation is completely consistently regardless of who a customer is assigned to. This has also allowed us to manage implementation at a macro level because we have much better visibility into where all of our customers are in their onboarding journey.

Visbility of customer engagement / health is another huge area. We have built out a health score based on key product use cases and customer relationships to help us understand how deeply entrenched we are with a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
