Vitally allows me to focus on the most important parts of my clients - Customer Health. A centralized place to view your book of business, Vitally's well-thought-out functionality surpassed my expectations at first walkthrough. Widgets allow me to create my own dashboards, and seperation of accounts from the overall company and my own book of business allows me to visualize my own status with my clients as well as the organization. This has empowered myself and my team to be better prepared for client touchpoint calls, value reviews, and maintain an overall picture of our client health. I couldn't be happier! Integrations aren't perfect within CRMs like HubSpot, but I understand how difficult it is to have clear integrations with other platforms. NPS is limited without an upgrade, which we are paying quite a bit already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vitally's UI is very familiar, it reminds me a bit of Notion. If you have used it before it will feel easier to create Hubs, Pages, and Tasks. I like having all my accounts and account info in one place as it reduces the amount of switching between Vitally and Salesforce.
Vitally is also super collaborative which allows our team to become fully engrained and use it as a daily tool rather than just for account information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Vitally is still young and is building out its integrations. I'd love to see one with Zoom and more out of the box with Zapier and other task management softwares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to use and the different ways to retrieve information. As a Cusomer Success Manager, we all want to see different metrics and data points and doing that through Vitally is supe easy and helpful. I also love how easy it is to personalize for everyone on our team. Our CSM from Vitally is also amazing and eager to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This may just be based on my specific company's preference but I would love for certain CRMs to integrate with Vitally. For example, the Chorus AI generated notes that are produced after touchbases --> go directly into a Vitally note. Again, this may be solely based on my company's preference and as a IC, don't have much control over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the way in which you can do complete tracking of clients, since you have everything in a single app, contracts, amounts, conditions, client health based on different qualities such as communication, etc., etc. in addition to assignment of customization tasks and tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think that the interface and the features are sometimes not very intuitive to use, sometimes things are as if they were hidden, I would also like everything to be a little more practical, like in other apps, which is only dragging certain sections, in addition to I would love for them to add a calendar where I can write things down for clients. I love the way Vitally is built, with the straight forward hub hierarchy, and different views.
The native integrations are superb.
But my personal favourite is the playbooks.
Being able to automate anything is a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ideally we would like to also document internal projects, and not only customer relations.
Where Vitally allows you to do so, it is still not possible to templatize internal ( team) projects.

It's very flexible, I can't think of anything we haven't been able to work out how to configure Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No mobile app (that I'm aware of), not a big deal as I find laptop screen size to generally be necessary, but sometimes quick access is useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy connection to Stripe, Hubspot, and Gmail which made it really easy to get our data in and get started in a very short amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes certaon features or tools can be a bit hard to find. Once you work it out its easy to find again though. Would also be good to have more data from stripe pull in (subscription level data, not just user level). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the ability to use token fields to speed up my workflows. It saves a ton of time, and because Vitally is well integrated, I can quickly pull anything from platform metrics to CRM integrated data into my notes. I do think much of how much users enjoy the platform does to how well set up by admins it is. Focus your setup on ensuring you aren't creating redundant fields and tasks and you can get a lot of good use from the platform. I use the platform daily with my job and it does work well overall. I wish Vitally saved in progress notes as drafts that could be referred back to and published at a later date. There has been many times where I forget to publish immediately and the note is completely gone. I have seen this with other CRM tools and feel like this would put it much closer to a tool like Gainsight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Creating custom views. It's like bringing a CRM to an excel format, it's sick.
Haven't touched automations yet, but as an account manager who is worried about product health score, I will be exploring these soon.
I also heard from Ike Baldwin (Lead Account Manager @ Whop) that his AM was excellent, and customer support has been great.
Vitally is accurate, fast, and smooth. Haven't dealt with a single bug or anything.
