What do you like best about Vitally?

Vitally allows me to focus on the most important parts of my clients - Customer Health. A centralized place to view your book of business, Vitally's well-thought-out functionality surpassed my expectations at first walkthrough. Widgets allow me to create my own dashboards, and seperation of accounts from the overall company and my own book of business allows me to visualize my own status with my clients as well as the organization. This has empowered myself and my team to be better prepared for client touchpoint calls, value reviews, and maintain an overall picture of our client health. I couldn't be happier! What do you dislike about Vitally?

Integrations aren't perfect within CRMs like HubSpot, but I understand how difficult it is to have clear integrations with other platforms. NPS is limited without an upgrade, which we are paying quite a bit already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vitally?

If your integrations are set up correctly, it is the perfect tool to bring together all relevant infomation for your CS team. We integrate our product, amplitude, and Hubspot - which means I can evaluate any relevant cilent data in once place.

I also like that you can use it as acommuncation tool between teams/ indivduals where things are less likely to get buried like it would in something like Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vitally?

The UI can be overwhelming at first. Once you learn how to turn on and off various filters or views/ create your own dashboards, things get much easier to navigate. The integrations can be challenging and complicated to set up, so having clean data is super important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vitally solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an AM, I am able to evaluate the health of a client, usage/ adoption metrics, relevant conract information, and notes on the client, before walking into a renewal or expansion conversation. What do you like best about Vitally?

What is most helpful is the easy syncing of meeting notes from my Google calendar. There are so many features that I appreciate and all of the templates are extremely useful in helping me finish my reports/notes. I use this website every day for work and it is absolutely wonderful. What do you dislike about Vitally?

What is least helpful is that the contacts are not synced properly despite them being on our Google Calendar, I am not able to notify my guests what I have written notes on during my meeting. I wish this was fixed as it is a huge downside of the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vitally?

- Easy Integrations with our CRM

- The various features, such as Healthscore, alerts, and doc are helping us in having a more proactive approach with our customers

- The interface is visually appealing

- Not easy to access line item information, as we would need to create a new object; however, we decided that deal management should remain within our CRM.

What do you like best about Vitally?

The best thing about Vitally is that it is super customizable. This means that you can create workflows that are specific to your customer journey and the specific use cases that your team needs. Our team has also benefited immensely from the ability to surface specific data to CSMs and given us opportunities to automate outreach that comes from the CSM. What do you dislike about Vitally?

I do think that learning Vitally takes a bit of time and investment, since it is so customizable. You really need to have people on your team who are invested in "figuring out" the best ways to make Vitally work for your company and team. In addition, it's hard for somebody who is outside of your processes and org to log in and instantly understand the value that the org is getting, since each Vitally view is so customizable to the person using it. It's not necessarily "intuitive", especially if somebody new just logs in without the proper set up (or understanding that they need to do a set up). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vitally?

My problem was having multiple programs to track my clients. However, with multiple platforms, the data would sometimes differ, which slowed down processes or any internal data sharing and reporting to the board. Vitally solves this by consolidating all the information from these programs into a single platform. It also allows other departments to access its dashboard, which can be created from scratch, ensuring that everyone in the business has the same information. It’s incredible! What do you like best about Vitally?

The shared customer portal (Doc) is a blessing

Projects are great for managing tasks with clients especially during complex implementations

The API functionality has given us great insights on app usage and was easy/quick to implement

Customer support is fantastic, shoutout to Firmin and Ashley

Had a great sales experience too, with thorough platforms walkthroughs

I wish it was easier for client user to collaborate on projects, currently they can only view and comment

I did not love the implementation approach. Being based in APAC delayed our search for an implementation specialist, and when assigned, they seemed pressured to meet their own schedule. What do you like best about Vitally?

The data filtering is great. Being able to have a customized dashboard with my client book, where my values are, where my clients are based on score, so I can act on things at a glance. I really like the ease of account management and integration with things like Gong which takes advantage of their call summary. It's really a great tool that's my home base for my work day. I use Vitally every day all day to manage what my work is going to look like for the day, week, and month. I also love the task automation setups so a new client drops in and I already have a full schedule of what I'm supposed to do! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vitally?

The only critique I have for Vitally is very specific. Every integration helps and in this case, our regular help ticketing system doesn't directly integrate. There are work arounds but it would be great if y'all integrated with HelpScout directly and did a domain lookup to match regular help questions into a customer account on vitally for communications. It is really slicing up clients well so I can hold a larger book without being overwhelmed. What was a LOT of manual work in excel is now about setting up reports and having them show so I can take action more effectively. What do you like best about Vitally?

I'm a general user (CSM), and my company just implemented Vitally. It's seems like our Ops team was able to configure this all fairly quickly without much of a headache. Our MVP launch of Vitally is already pretty well buttoned up. The integrations are great - My calendar syncs to my clients, so I just need to open the meeting in Vitally and all the contacts, dates, and agenda already pipes in. I just need to take notes. AND THEN we're beta testing a sync with Gong, so I don't even have to take notes, Gong does it for me! HA Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vitally?

Honestly, I've used a few different CS tools (Gainsight, Planhat, Catalyst) and the learning curve here isn't too crazy. I use Vitally daily, and it hasn't slowed me down at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
