Visually makes it easy to work with freelancers, but reap the benefits of a centralized platform for project management. Their dashboard is very user-friendly. As a member of the talent side of the platform, I like getting invited to hand-picked projects without needing to spend time scoping, quoting, or negotiating fees. The quality of the projects they offer talent is also a key differentiator. I've been able to work with national and international clients through my presence on their marketplace. - the milestones for some animation projects sometimes aren't accurate. But the project managers are flexible about adjusting them.
- Projects allow only the client to determine whether weekend deadlines are allowed on the project.The talent should be allowed a say in that.
