I wish it was cheaper but then again I've heard bad things about the cheaper solutions (Leady and Kickfire).

I can't decide what to put here. I haven't had any issues with Visual Visitor; it's an intuitive platform and very easy to use.

No cons to speak of. The platform is reliable and easy to use. I check up on my visitors at least three times a week. I love that it works in real-time.

**What do you like best about Visual Visitor Sales Intelligence?**

The intent data is their best feature in my opinion. I get a daily report with new leads who have exhibited intent signals and match my Ideal Customer Profile. When I click on one of these leads in Visual Visitor, it gives me information about the business, its employees, and their online behavior (i.e. whether or not they’ve engaged with my keywords). This is a terrific feature for people who work in sales. Although I get more use out of the contact database (aka prospecting data), the intent data helps me zero in on the leads that are most likely to become clients.

**What do you dislike about Visual Visitor Sales Intelligence?**

Nothing stands out to me as a dislike. The products work as `advertised and the staff is helpful and efficient. If I had to come up with something, I’d say that there is a lot to wrap your head around in Visual Visitor. To optimize results, you need to test out each feature and adjust as necessary. The intent software lets you drop and replace keywords that are underperforming - make sure you take advantage of this function if you’re running custom intent campaigns.

**Recommendations to others considering Visual Visitor Sales Intelligence:**

-Monitor the progress of your custom intent campaigns. If you aren’t finding many leads, ask their support team for help - they’re awesome..
-If you’re having technical trouble, submit a support ticket. They respond almost immediately and, if you’re anything like me, you’ll get more out of a conversation with Casey or Angelo than you will by reading support articles. 
-Remember to hit the tag button when you send out emails. It doesn’t happen automatically.

**What problems is Visual Visitor Sales Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I signed up for Visual Visitor primarily for prospecting reasons. Their sales rep, Thomas, stressed the convenience of having contact data on hand and I absolutely agree. Visual Visitor’s database lets you search for contacts in any industry, worldwide. In terms of cold calling and cold emailing, it’s my go-to resource for contact info. That being said, my favorite feature is the intent data. I work in equipment leasing and being able to track companies that are searching terms like “construction equipment financing” has been a tremendous help. As a bonus, it also lets you track companies that are searching for your competitors - not something I was expecting. Although lead generation is the primary benefit I get out of Visual Visitor, it also offers a few tools which help with lead nurturing, like the email tracking plugin and website visitor identification software. Overall, it’s an effective, well-designed platform. I highly recommend it.

All of the data is stored in one place. I log in to Visual Visitor and I can see our website traffic, email open rate, and the intent shoppers searching for my products online. I was using MailChimp before for email tracking but I prefer using 1 app for all my sales tools.  As a salesperson, I rely on great information and timing. This tool gives me access to both. My customers benefit greatly as a result of the information I receive from Visual Visitor.

The concept of what Visual Visitor has to offer, showing the web visitor who came to the website regardless if they inquired with us or not.  It is helpful to have access.

I have used similar software in the past, and Visual Visitor currently does not have some of the features their competitors have.  For example, they automatically upload new prospects into your contact management system.  There is a delay between receiving the website traffic notification and the prospect coming to the website.  Visual visitor says there is a 6-minute delay, based on the interaction I've had with my customers, it is closer to two hours.  In addition, the email alerts often lack domain information, so it is just a process to research on my end to find the business that came to the site.

The concept is to show you all of the businesses who came to the website, this way your sales team can reach out to follow up and generate qualified appointments.  This also will help you understand if your marketing efforts are working properly.

The search engine feature is fantastic. You can look up contacts in any industry! If I had to boil down the benefits to one thing, it puts you in contact with the right people at the right time. The Who's Shopping tool is really instrumental in getting the timing right.

It looks more complicated than it is. Don't be intimidated if it takes you a few attempts to get the hang of it.

I've tested a few contact search engines and this one is definitely the best. If I remember correctly, there's about 600 million contacts in the database. As someone who works with international clients, I appreciate that this database is international - not a given with other search engine providers. But if you're a company looking for growth, then I would recommend that you consider other tools which can be integrated well with your other applications and tools that will jump start your business growth.

There's only 2 tiers to choose from and is not flexible with their product offering.

I have tried numerous tools but this one stands out. The accuracy and depth of details it provides is just amazing. With other tools, we just used to see the details of Internet Service Providers 70% of the time but with VisualVisitor it's the other way around, it's been able to show the correct company name 70% of the time.

Nothing really so far. As far as anonymous website visitor identification, it does its job perfectly.

It's easier to understand right out of the gate than Google Analytics. Also it provides visitor logs. It was easy to set up and the customer service is extremely responsive and helpful.

Unfortunately it just can't do everything. It can't provide information about individuals or companies too small to be identifiable by their IP address (small businesses, for example, which we sell to).

There is a free trial - do that. Talk to your customer service rep and have them walk you through the trial. You'll likely see more than you expected. They are very helpful.

The best thing about Visual Visitor is its ability to identify leads and visitor information in real-time. You get notified instantly as soon as a potential lead is on your website. You can send an email or send a customized tweet to the visitor while he is still on your website.
Most of the visitors get excited when you reach out to them and ask them about their experience on your website. This just blows them away because this is something new for them. Who sends you an email when you visit a website?
This doesn’t just allow you to convert visitors into customers but it builds relationships. This generates lifetime customers.
These networks and relationships are the backbone of CRM in today’s era.

**What do you dislike about Visual Visitor Sales Intelligence?**

The way how you contact anonymous visitors can backfire. You'll learn it with the passage of time.
For instance, if you reach out to a visitor after 3 days, you won’t get a decent response or as it happened at least once with me, you might get a reply from a visitor that he didn’t visit your website.
Dealing with anonymous visitors is tricky.

VisualVisitor is a smart tool that provides you with lots of useful information about people who visit your website. It all comes down to how you use that information.
Here are a few humble recommendations for users.
1.	Define your objectives as to what exactly you want to achieve from VisualVisitor. You can use it to generate sales, increase subscribers, increase followers, build relationships, and more.
2.	Carefully scan and analyze visitors. Not every visitor is worth contacting.
3.	Handle information with care.
4.	Most importantly, don’t spam. You might end up ruining your brand image.

I’m using it for lead generation. Though it has a nice analytics built-in tool but this is not what I use it for. I use it to identify anonymous visitors for my websites, I screen visitors, and then contact a few selected visitors, and then bring them to my list.

I think the thing I like best about the product is in the product at all... it is the response that customers give me when they realize what it does.  You, know, that 'holy cow' response :-)

Visual Visitor is an anonymous website visitor identification and lead generation tool that once installed on your website, will track those potential customers visiting.  This is a lot like having “Caller-ID” for your website.  Do you remember the days before “Caller-ID”?  You had no idea who was calling until you answered the phone.  Visual Visitor is just doing the same thing for your website.

The product has come a long way in the last 5 or years.  Originally, it was like most new software, a bit limited and clunky.  Today, it is slick, sexy and full of features.  I just love showing it to customers for the first time.

Have questions about the product roadmap?  No problem, just pick up the phone and call Angelo or any of the team.  They are there when you have questions, super friendly and helpful.  I wish all my vendor were this accommodating.

You would think a product of this value would be expensive.  It's not expensive at all (you spend more on your home internet connection) and there is no contract, no minimum period.

So every product has a downside at some level.   I think the big downside of Visual Visitor is the expectations management with customers.  What I mean is this... Visual Visitor identifies visitors to your website...great, right?  The challenge with some customers is that they think 'oh this is a lead'... well, it could be.   Just like “Caller-ID” for your phone, you can know who is calling but you can't be 100% why they are calling.  Same thing with “Caller-ID” for your website.

There are several solutions on the market.  Most are heavy contract commitments with high pressure salespeople - we get calls all the time.  

Visual Visitor is inexpensive and does not have a contract (month to month).  You fiscally owe it yourself to try Visual Visitor first.  I promise you won't be disappointed.

Know who visits your website, what pages and how much time they spend on each page is a great help for our sales team (any sales team for the matter).  Visual Visitor pulls in data from many other sources on the internet including name, phone, email and social media data.
