Top Rated Visual LandPro 2000 Alternatives

I've used a couple other land management systems and I have preferred VLP over them. I like that VLP is tract based but also able to keep track of leases, obligations, contracts, wells, DOI and chain of title. I like that upon logging in to VLP, it shows if you have obligations due. It's hard to figure out how to set up NPRI to where it calculates accurately. I do not do set up NPRI's often, but I feel that as a user, I have to manipulate the system. I'm also not a fan of sub-tracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have yet to see a system handle Division Order calculations as well as VLP does. If you put everything in, it just works.
Everything exports to Excel. Most systems will allow you to export some things, and it isn't necessarily the easiest this to seal with such a massive export, but it is great to have the flexibility afforded by the entire DB export to excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a lot of steps to setting up land in LandPro. As awesome as the DO module is, it can be a bit of a slog to get everything set up and tied together in the correct order.
Also, it is a Visual FoxPro application; even with an MSSQL backend, it still has several VFP limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
