What do you like best about Vistex?

Ease of use during conversion from Legacy system to Vistex. Incentive and Payback module allowed us to meet all our incentive needs. We looked at another product but this was by far the best for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vistex?

Simulation report to show all eligible agreements for a qualified unit would be very helpful. Composite processing is a bit complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vistex?

I have been working on Vistex for almost 10+ years and have seen Vistex solution designed for most of the business verticals ( Pharma , Retail , Logistics , Wholesale , Manufacturing , Food , Auto ...). I like the flexibility Vistex provides to configure/customize to address business requirements. Vistex is the ultimate goto option if you are on SAP ( no second thoughts). I see the commitment from Vistex product team to keep it evolving as another big plus. It now also integrates with SAP S4 solution and is enhanced at par with S4. What do you dislike about Vistex?

Mostly I don't have many comments on the product/solution. But, I guess finding the correct product information sometimes becomes little challenging and have to reach out to Vistex internal resources or Vitallink. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vistex solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently, we use Vistex for Pricing, Chargeback / Billbacks, GP, Medicaid and Customer Rebates. Vistex does help us with sticking to our roadmap of minimizing external systems and running SAP globally. As Vistex is embedded into SAP, there is seamless integration to SAP MD and other relevant modules. Vistex helps us minimize the maintenance of multiple systems, resources, integrations and interfaces. It also gives an added advantage by avoiding training internal resources on various systems and being more efficient in day-to-day operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
