I have always found them to be very collaborative and to understand the needs of my business. The technology is outstanding, but also their in-depth knowledge of my life sciences industry. They come up with practical solutions to my everyday challenges. **What do you dislike about Vistex?** The main technical benefit is also my main dislike - and that is the user screens due to the limitations of SAP GUIs. We have tried Fiori with limited success, but this may be due to our ECC instance. I'm hopeful that this will improve when we move to S/4 & V/4 HANA. **What problems is Vistex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Originally Vistex helped us to solve issues with our Chargebacks and Rebates management, and helped to stop revenue leakages for us. We now leverage it more for Contract Lifecycle Management. Additionally, I find the ease of setting up mass data in the DMR module and executing mass price changes invaluable in a fluctuating market. These features address real business problems, delivering impressive outcomes. The ongoing investments in AI capabilities ensure Vistix remains forward-looking and appealing for continued partnership. **What do you dislike about Vistex?** I definitely have some areas I would like Vistex to improve, particularly regarding performance issues when our ADM job runs. This issue seems to be related to the shared data volume processed through the ADM job, and addressing this would enhance efficiency. Additionally, handling the GPO membership and roster updates is quite challenging. Currently, with over a million members, there isn't a well-structured, streamlined process in the industry for processing and installing this data into our system to make claims against these GPO memberships or rosters. **What problems is Vistex solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Vistex to seamlessly process 14,000-15,000 claims monthly, reducing revenue leakage and improving customer satisfaction. Since we can allow them access to Vistex and they can create their own requests. **What do you dislike about Vistex?** Vistex was incredibly problematic to implement into our system portfolio. We have been using GCP platform with FIORI for the last 2 years and have so many problems. Constant update delays and issues, and our distributor partners have a hard time accessing it seamlessly most of the time. We're moving to RevFlo, but the building for that implementation has taken a lot longer than expected as well. **What problems is Vistex solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's making it easier to do things like rebates, commissions, accruals, ship and debit management.
