I've never been disappointed by the quality of the products I order from VistaPrint. The platform is easy to use and I love that you can see previews of what the actual finished product will look like. I also like that I never need to pay full price because they are always running specials or have coupon codes available. Even the standard shipping is pretty fast. I have received a few items that were not the best quality. The site is supposed to warn you if your images do not meet the resolution requirements for the print job, but we got a large banner that was very pixelated. I like that there is so much that you can print through Vistaprint, it can be your one-stop-shop for everything you need. It is also helpful that they have premade designs you can choose from. The premade designs and a wide variety of printing options can make it easy for small businesses to have the same branding over many products with minimal ease. I hate the interface of their website. I find it to be overwhelming and not easy to use. Their system can be a bit glitchy at times as well. Adding in your own created files can be a bit of a challenge as well unless you have used their site multiple times. It can also be hard to review if the image placed on their products is blurry or not. Vistaprint does a lot but they don't do any one thing with particular excellence. what I like the best about Vistaprint is that it makes my business cards look professional for a really affordable price and the checkout process was easy as well as the overall website design made it very easy for someone that isn't design-oriented to make something that your business gived to your potential customers.
