I’ve been exploring VistaGare for a while and what I found most useful is how it simplifies access to public tenders, which are usually scattered across multiple portals and not easy to follow.

The geographic approach is what sets it apart. Public tenders in Italy are scattered across multiple institutional portals and notoriously hard to monitor, VistaGare puts them on a map and makes the distribution immediately readable. The Radar feature is the real time-saver: you define your area, connect Telegram, and get automatic alerts whenever a new tender is published or an existing one is updated. No more manual checks. The tabular view is a smart complement to the map, once you've narrowed your area, you switch to a sortable, paginated table to actually work with the results. The platform is still in an early prototype stage, and it's transparent about that, which I respect, but it also means some edges are rough. Data coverage is growing but not yet complete. The business/team plan isn't self-serve, so onboarding a company account requires contacting them directly. For occasional users, the monthly price may feel like a stretch given where the product currently is. That said, the 15-day free trial is enough to evaluate whether it fits your workflow.
