We have been using VistaCreate (Crello) since 2021, and it's been a great platform for us to design our social media assets without spending much time. I just want to share about their support team, they are really great. I had an issue with pro templates, and had a chat with their support, and they said it was a bug, and after a few days, I received an update about this, and it has been fixed. I had an issue while downloading designs created with images (available only with a pro subscription), but I have subscribed to the pro subscription, but still, I cannot able to download the designs those are created with premium images, so I contacted their support, and the issue has been fixed in a few days, but didn't have any other issues with the platform so far. I love designing assets with vistacreate. They have a larger template library, where anyone can just choose the template and replace the text and images without any design skills. Whenever we require a social media post, we just choose a template, and insert our content, and export, that's it. We can able to create posts within a few minutes without hiring designers. Their background removal tool isn't working well sometimes. For example, when the image has a lot of colour combinations, in this case, the result isn't good. Also sometimes, we are having some issues while exporting the templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I see to dislike about VistaCreate is also one of the things I love about it. There are so many choices for templates it's difficult to choose. The search function doesn't really seem to narrow them down enough for me when I'm searching, so it can be time consuming. But that's something I'm definitely willing to put up with...lol. What I love most about VistaCreate is that it is easy to use with its drag-and-drop interface, has a huge range of features for pretty much all of my designing needs from a massive library of templates to fonts to website design. They have a great selection of photos.

Love to be able to use Branding for more than one brand, choosing colors, logos and fonts.
