Hence, we don't use Vismi for heavy designs - just a few things here and there that needs to be completed in a short and quick way. **What problems is Visme solving and how is that benefiting you?** As described earlier, when the design requirements are low, it helps the team quick create something - saving time and effort in the process. So time saving is the primary motivation. ### 2. Voice overs - terrible process. Stock photos and templates - absolutely painful to look at 90% of them. **What do you dislike about Visme?** Most everything once I actually paid the premium price to start using it. The templates were a disappointment for my needs (9 different projects in 6 different industries. Google presentation software and select anything EXCEPT Visme and you'll be happier. **Recommendations to others considering Visme:** Look elsewhere long and hard before committing to Visme **What problems is Visme solving and how is that benefiting you?** THere is no benefit to using Visme - especially if you are paying for the "premium" upgraded account. SO limiting in so many ways. The marketing team sure did a great job making VIsme look like a must have shiny object, however it is more like a lump of coal unfortunately. ### 3. You can download your slide deck as HTML and then present it live. That part of the visme product is fast and clean. **What do you dislike about Visme?** There is no way to download your "presenter studio" recorded presentation for editing. You can only embed the studio presentation, as-is, with no editing. That is not ideal for anyone creating courses, since there's no way to edit or upload your presentation into another platform, such as teachable or samcart. Also, no refunds, as I learned when I discussed the lack of notification about this problem with visme customer service. Their answer was no, despite having just purchased the product. More detail about what I tried... I found no easy way to record an editable presentation with audio from within visme. The only 2 options for making an editable voice recording are: 1. You can record an audio file for each slide separately, then attach the audio to each slide individually before downloading your presentation. That is extremely cumbersome for a large presentation. 2. You can download your presentation in HTML5 from visme (which retains the animations, but no audio), then use something like Camtasia to record your screen while narrating your audio. That method generated some fuzziness to the slides instead of the crisp slides originally designed in visme. 3. You can download the slides into PowerPoint from visme, then record your presentation from there, but you lose many of the animations that make visme a nice product. You're back to mostly static slides. So essentially, visme is good for building animated slide decks for live delivery, where you can scroll through your slides on a screen while you talk, but there's no internal, native way to save that recording for later editing. **Recommendations to others considering Visme:** Good for animated slide decks. Not good for recording voiceovers to edit or upload elsewhere. **What problems is Visme solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wanted an easy, fast way to record and edit my course content. Visme seemed to solve that problem when I previewed it, but after purchasing, I realized it didn't fulfill that need. ### 4. I also like that it covers a range of distribution of projects made by creativity. The internal support is fantastic; it is of high quality, but there is always space for development. Visme has been a fantastic jack of all trades for all of my requirements, and I appreciate how adaptable he is for anybody willing to spend time with him. The technical assistance has always been prompt, helpful, and efficient. **What do you dislike about Visme?** It lacks certain peculiar characteristics, such as the ability to align things to the canvas rather than another object. Automatic slide transitions might be difficult to use. At the time, it would enhance two critical aspects: the spread of knowledge about its instruments in blogs and increased program exposure. **Recommendations to others considering Visme:** It enables you to use it conveniently while also enhancing the image or figure of your company. You'll be able to perform a lot of creative work with it because it's great and maintains up a solid pace in terms of upgrading and market pricing. Visme allows you to upload.svg files, but make sure you save them as curves if you're going to include text. **What problems is Visme solving and how is that benefiting you?** I began using the application for frequent projects with repeat clients; we created a large number of flyers that could be seen at well-known events, and we subsequently utilized it to internally boost our corporate image and advertising offer. With Visme, it is possible to do everything on a single platform, and you need to have the idea, go in front of the computer, and 1 to 2 hours, the work is done. Besides being an easy tool to use with a clean interface, what I liked most about Visme is the possibility to animate my objects. I use it a lot, and I haven't seen anything like it on other online platforms, only in software (very complicated to use). When I say animate, it's not just an entrance and exit effect, but the object moves throughout the scene. I use it a lot when I highlight or call attention to a button, call out, etc. **What do you dislike about Visme?** What I think they could do to make this platform even better is to increase the number of animated objects, animated characters (they have some, but. I found tiny), and actions for the characters (animation style). I've been working for some years with marketing, and from some time to now, the use of animations in videos is growing a lot (informative, for product presentation, corporate, etc.) On the platform, you have a wide choice of animated props, but I think you could increase this more. **Recommendations to others considering Visme:** If you are in doubt between this and other platforms, I recommend trying it. They have a free trial plan, and it's super easy to create an account. Try it, create some jobs, browse through the templates they make available. There aren't batch actions that I can execute across many design files. I can't save to as many file types and formats as I can in other design software. **What problems is Visme solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to create presentations for finance, marketing and internal discussions. I can draw upon a vast selection of design templates to complete design projects within hours instead of days or weeks with traditional design software.
