It takes days long effort and turns it into minutes, allowing us to dig deeper. The licensing structure allows us to democratize data, choosing any level in the organization, all the way down to individual employees, to access the system without adding license costs. This greatly enhances our ability to share relevant insights at all levels in the org. Additionally, Visier allows roles new to data to leverage a learn by doing mindset in a safe space where they cannot make mistakes and 'ruin' anything. Most question they want to ask are available along with explanations of how the visualization was derived. Because it's not as intimidating as some other systems, we have a higher adoption rate and can see our team using the tool frequently in their day-to-day. The implementation is as easy as the cleanliness and structures of your data allows. The pre-built integrations make getting data into Visier a piece of cake. The implementation team is very helpful inthe process and supports you fully, working hard to make your data appear properly within the tool. You don't have to have perfect data to get started and the Visier team are incredible partners in helping you get started and realizing benefits on your analytics journey. A long and tough journey is always better with a guide and partner on the journey with you. **What problems is Visier solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems we've solved range in scope from having one standard of headcount reporting with Finance (which seems like a little thing but is much bigger than you can imagine) to leveraging the power of the Talent Acquisition functionality to diagnose areas of improvement in the hiring funnel. We've leveraged some of the cost of turnover modeling to build proposals and realize millions in savings as a result. Thus, casual or unmotivated users often give up on the tool without consistent efforts to keep them coming back. Also, this is a relatively minor thing, but many features of visualizations are not as customizable as I personally would like. Visier has an excellent team and our representatives are always helpful whenever we have issues. They also do a great job at keeping us in the loop with ongoing projects and are prompt in their responses. We have successfully created seamless experiences across traditionally-silod bodies of data. The ability for our user and front-line experts to review the underlying data and validate that success has proven invaluable. Streamlined visualization options look great and can be used directly to present, avoiding the classic "rebuild in Excel" path. Training is also relatively simple: only a few key step are needed to begin using Visier, and those steps are continually reinforced. This has led to faster answers and increasingly strategic questions from our >11,000 users. **What do you dislike about Visier?** If one of Visier's great strengths is standardization, it is also one of the weaknesses. We find ourselves taking full advantage of customization and the great support team that helps us make Visier "our" platform beyond what comes out of the (admittedly very large) box of metrics and subjects. But it is effort to truly break ground toward something new when we start hitting the edges of the platform's current capabilities. Visier has shown responsiveness to this type of customer need, including implementing new developer-light access levels. But at the end of the day, taking advantage of a large platform serving thousands of organizations means there is going to be a compromise regarding speed-to-innovation for the very specific areas you might be interested in. **What problems is Visier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our primary vision is to create a singular workforce insights hub that can empower our leaders to make more informed decisions and act faster. We have used Visier in several ways to accomplish this. First, in a governance capacity: seeking agreement on one way to calculate and view key metrics has reduced a large amount of variation and disagreement that slowed decision-making. Second, as a trust-building tool. Transparency of how metrics work and the ability to see/audit the accuracy of the data generating those metrics has helped build confidence in the use of data. While not truly a "reporting" tool, being able to transition a large amount of previously ad-hoc requests to on-demand has both improved adoption and eased the way of both analysts and employees. Finally, we have been using Visier to start increasing the curiosity of our busines about "why" trends are happening in our key metrics, then building out more thorough deep-dive dashboards to help them get those answers. ### 27.
