As a program coordinator, I can establish recurring requests, eliminating the need for frequent data request emails. Visible has a super user-friendly UI and is easy to implement and learn the many features and functionality. The Visible team and customer support are always responsive and willing to help with any questions or requests. We use Visible for quarterly update requests but the system also allows for monthly requests, ad hoc and other frequencies of requests. Lastly, Visible has an attractive pricing model (unlike many competitors). **What do you dislike about Visible for Investors?** We haven't experienced any downsides with Visible. **What problems is Visible for Investors solving and how is that benefiting you?** Visible automates the data collection process by auto-scheduling email requests, reminders, and collecting data all in one place for reporting. Dashboards provide meaningful insights and are engaging for users. Dashboards automatically update based on the data submitted by portfolio companies, eliminating previously manual tasks with reporting. ### 4. It does a nice job of focusing on areas that are needed while not getting overly busy. This helps to support clean and efficient workflows. A key area of strength for Visible is its support function, led by Nick Wilde. The support is extremely strong, and this is a key value point. **What do you dislike about Visible for Investors?** Visible has an ongoing product roadmap that seems to thoughtfully address many needs. As example, the platform is going to be adding IRR to its reporting functionality soon, which will be a key addition. Aside from this note, I do not have anything else I'd like to include in this section. **What problems is Visible for Investors solving and how is that benefiting you?** Visible is our online hub for company data to all be in one place and for investment data to reside in an organized manner. In place of offline worksheets and other tools, Visible is an important hub for information to be well organized and accessible by multiple stakeholders. ### 6. We can push financial requests to our portfolio companies, directly access metrics & responses in the platform, and apply a BI layer to compare individual & portfolio-wide performance through tear sheets and dashboards. This is incredibly helpful for us internally when deciding to make follow-on investments and tracking financing history, performance & operating metrics for each of our companies. **What do you dislike about Visible for Investors?** There isn't much to dislike here. I've made a few recommendations to go deeper with investment and fund metrics (IRR, capital calls/distributions etc.), and the team has been very receptive and has additionally moved up the timeline for those product developments. **What problems is Visible for Investors solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Standardizing & centralizing financial request data; can send out requests in bulk to financial contacts, send automated reminders and add custom metrics. - Provides a BI layer to visualize a portfolio company and a fund's overall health through custom-built dashboards & tear sheets. - Can provide updates to internal and external stakeholders, with drag & drop charts and metrics while also tracking who's opened the message and where they clicked - Can segment portfolio companies and compare - ie initial vs follow-on checks, lead vs syndicate etc. ### 7. Something branded around my company name instead of showcasing Visible's domain. **What problems is Visible for Investors solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sharing a document directly is tricky as you're not always sure who has accessed it, for how much time, and when. Visible makes it incredible easy for me to share documents and track all activity on it. ### 8. Love this product!
