The openvz containers are easy to manage, VZ commands are easy to remember and migrations from one node to another is super fast due to the decent compression, and restoration is also perfect. The support available in the obline forums is also gret. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The log files needs custom scripts to compress, SOmetimes without that script, system disk space is more utilized by the containers.There is also chances that the containers sometimes have difficulties to start from the control panels, so in such times we will have to login to the nodes whwre the server is hosted and will have to start the VM manually, but it occurs rarely. I like openVZ its pretty simple to used and the performance are outstanding, very scalable and solid application to run services you wanted, which you wanted and needed most specially when time is the essence of deploying fast an application. So far the one im noticing some pretty small limitation is the capacity of a single deployment to handle a heavy application but this can be corrected outright by replicating to multiple deployments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Virtuozzo is one of the best solutions for virtualization. It has high performance and give ability to build big, wide and reliable infrastructure. Virtuozzo is easy to install, easy to use and easy to manage. It doesn't use a lot of computing resources and storage. Also it has great documentation which describes a lot of corner cases and helps to understand this product from the very beginning. I really like that Virtuozzo suggests support of both, native and Docker containers and virtual machines, which makes it very flexible solution. Sometimes Virtuozzo support is pretty slow. Also the most often issue solution is updating for newer version.

In big infrastructure sometimes we had issues with networking due to Virtuozzo bugs. Despite Virtuozzo have great documentation, sometimes it does not keep pace with changes. Resource Utilization:

I'm able to utilize the full power of the server only to run the containers, as we don't need to make any virtual hardware.

It uses less storage as OS template size very less compared to traditional OS images.

Live Update of CPU,Memory, storage :

Some VPN related software won't work. Some times it is hard to add some hardware / related plugins to the container. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The KVM Enhancements and flat pricing per host, also they have good support with phone and email support and quick escalation with the engineers. Also the support for OpenVZ containers was a deal breaker as we had a large user base of containers that we wanted to migrated either to version 7 or to KVM Virtual Machines.
