We utilize MariaDB-as-a-Service from the Jelastic cloud platform as it doesn't require any deep knowledge for its installation & all its deployments are fully automated.
It effectively eliminates the ris of having downtime through its multi-instance database structure implementations for our demands.
With only a few clicks, we are able to start up with our fully functional MariaDB database which is convenient for us to focus more on working with our customer data rather than worrying about its infrastructure dependencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Jelastic platform provides crucial functionalities such as cluster management, optimization and auto-replication by default in all the deployments so there's good reliability.
Further, we can also customize our configurations based on our environment specifics in order to make sure that we have the best cluster performance.
Its services excel in cases where associates of our team who are new to cloud database management find the ease to work in its DBaaS platform & make use of its quick deployment solutions for our project requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the access by SSH, activity control of my personalized cloud, visualizing system load by number, and configuring cluster for necessary performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything is perfect; I have no complaints about my cloud system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The openvz containers are easy to manage, VZ commands are easy to remember and migrations from one node to another is super fast due to the decent compression, and restoration is also perfect. The support available in the obline forums is also gret. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The log files needs custom scripts to compress, SOmetimes without that script, system disk space is more utilized by the containers. There is also chances that the containers sometimes have difficulties to start from the control panels, so in such times we will have to login to the nodes whwre the server is hosted and will have to start the VM manually, but it occurs rarely. I like openVZ its pretty simple to used and the performance are outstanding, very scalable and solid application to run services you wanted, which you wanted and needed most specially when time is the essence of deploying fast an application. The technology is widely documented so you can always do extra research to easily learn it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far the one im noticing some pretty small limitation is the capacity of a single deployment to handle a heavy application but this can be corrected outright by replicating to multiple deployments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Virtuozzo is one of the best solutions for virtualization. It has high performance and give ability to build big, wide and reliable infrastructure. Virtuozzo is easy to install, easy to use and easy to manage. It doesn't use a lot of computing resources and storage. Also it has great documentation which describes a lot of corner cases and helps to understand this product from the very beginning. I really like that Virtuozzo suggests support of both, native and Docker containers and virtual machines, which makes it very flexible solution. With Virtuozzo container and virtual machines is easy and understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes Virtuozzo support is pretty slow. Also the most often issue solution is updating for newer version.
In big infrastructure sometimes we had issues with networking due to Virtuozzo bugs. Despite Virtuozzo have great documentation, sometimes it does not keep pace with changes. Virtuozzo doesn't have the biggest community, so it makes troubleshooting a little bit more difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Resource Utilization:
I'm able to utilize the full power of the server only to run the containers, as we don't need to make any virtual hardware.
Speed:
Container start/stop speed.
Not booting time. Instant On and Off
Storage:
It uses less storage as OS template size very less compared to traditional OS images.
Live Update of CPU,Memory, storage :
No need to power of the server to add resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some VPN related software won't work. Some times it is hard to add some hardware / related plugins to the container. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The KVM Enhancements and flat pricing per host, also they have good support with phone and email support and quick escalation with the engineers. Also the support for OpenVZ containers was a deal breaker as we had a large user base of containers that we wanted to migrated either to version 7 or to KVM Virtual Machines. Nothing much, Virtuozzo is a top contender in the KVM space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
