If it's off and you add documents and then turn it off it drops the documents. You need to start with Virtru on before you add, it would be convenient to add at any time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that the retrieval for our clients to whom we send emails using Virtru are a mostly painless process to read and review. It doesn't have the often standard downloading of a file to open, along with a separate login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that sometimes after pressing Send and getting a completion status, Virtru will then tell me it could not be sent. At times, it takes ownership of my email account in doing so, and I lose the email I may have been reading or writing without warning. If you are busy, you may lose track of those emails and then pay the price. 2. I dislike that if I leave open an attachment from a Virtru email for too long, it logs me out of Virtru entirely and I have to log back in. 3.
