The setup wasn’t hard from a tech perspective, but figuring out the right referral campaign to start with took a bit of trial and error. To be fair, they offer a free onboarding session, which we skipped - but looking back, we probably should’ve taken them up on it. As a prelaunch application, Viral Loops has been fantastic and I highly recommend it to other startups trying to build a proof of concept / proof of consumer interest. I used them for a year, then tried to cancel. They said they canceled my account, and then I got billed again. I disputed the charge and told their team to cancel my account. Again, they didn't cancel. Today for the third time, I told them to cancel my account after I was charged again, and now I have to talk to my bank again and tell them to not only dispute the charge but block any future charges. Finally, they said they'd issue me a refund, but only for a tiny portion of the $500 charge that went through 17 hours ago. These people are a nightmare to deal with. AVOID! Viral Loops is a must-have for anyone preparing to launch an app. It's easy to set up and affordable, most importantly it works! We built organic hype for our latest project - Tradefluence - in the pre-launch phase with Viral Loops. Within 24 hours of launching our campaign on Viral Loops, we had over 5K signed up users. This quadrupled by months' end! Most impressive of all: we didn't use any other services or paid advertising. When our campaign first went live, the Viral Loops logo appeared in the footer of some of the emails. This should not have happened, as we paid for the white-label service. To their credit, the Viral Loops team immediately corrected the issue and even followed up with my by phone to make sure everything was okay. Besides this minor technical issue, I do not have any complaints. And the way their customer service team handled the situation made feel even more assured that we were in good hands than before.
