I use these websites daily in my work when creating content for different brands that I work with. But when I started doing some filmmaking work, I wanted video stock. When Vimeo Stock launched in 2018, I fell IN LOVE. The clips are all super high quality and most, if not all I believe, are shot in 4K. **What do you dislike about Vimeo?** It's not a dislike, but more of just not something that's super appealing. It's easier to have a Plus account to take advantage of the access to the thousands of clips. If you have a Plus account or higher, you have unlimited access to I think over 1,000 free stock clips. **What problems is Vimeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm solving content problems. Especially now in this pandemic, I'm not able to go outside and shoot video, so it's great that I can gloss through thousands of high quality clips (at the end of the day) at no cost to me. Their website said they offer a 30-day money back guarantee. The cancel button would only let me cancel the renewal for the next year, and not my current subscription that was only one day old. Tried calling but can only get salespeople, who say they can't help. I've gone through their "support" email system twice with no reply, other than the automated email that says they received my email. I get a help ticket number, but no replies in over a month. It's easy to make things public or private, to upload and download, etc. **What do you dislike about Vimeo?** It would be nice if you could organize it differently. The way it's set up, you can only see a few things on your screen so it's harder to find what you're looking for or get a good sense of what's available. **Recommendations to others considering Vimeo:** If you need somewhere to host your videos that can be both public and private, then look no further than Vimeo. **What problems is Vimeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed someone to store and share livestream footage, video footage, etc. and Vimeo has been a really good fit for that. ### 50.
