"User-Friendly and Intuitive, But Change Logging Could Be Smoother"
5/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

Viedoc is incredibly user friendly and easy to. It helps walk you through the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

It would be so much easier for when you save an edited form it automatically prompted you to enter the reason for the changes not under each section you have to go back looking for if it is a longer form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Navigate, Slightly Cumbersome Reports"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

I think Viedoc is upgrading the platform, which helps users quickly enter data. It's easy to navigate, and users are able to proceed quickly because it's pretty simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

I think the report models sometimes can get a little slow. I know it's based on the data, but sometimes I think that can be an issue. The configuration settings aren't really friendly and are really hard to navigate. It would be better if there was a more user-friendly way, especially for people who aren't experts. "User-Friendly Yet Challenging; Enhanced Our Data Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

I really like Viedoc's easy-to-use interface, which site users often find straightforward. The ability to design your own study in a fun and challenging way is another aspect I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

The entire user authentication has been a burden on site users and study managers. Not so easy when we used Viedoc's designers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly with Robust Data Collection Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

I have been using Viedoc for over three years and find it invaluable for developing the eCRF. One of the main aspects I appreciate about Viedoc is its user-friendly interface, which is excellent for both the end-users and eCRF developers like myself. The platform is particularly beneficial in easing the creation and management of data collection platforms for clinical studies. I find the ViedocMe feature particularly impressive as it facilitates the direct collection of data from patients, enhancing the data acquisition process. Moreover, the design comparison feature is another standout element for me, as it assists in identifying changes between different design versions, ensuring clarity on modifications in the latest versions. Setting up initial designs in Viedoc is also notably easy compared to other EDC systems, making it more effective for my team and me. Overall, these features contribute significantly to streamlining our workflow and improving efficiency in clinical data management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

I couldn't make the fields as repeating ones in Viedoc. This lack of a repeating field feature means that if a form requires the same type of information for different analytes, I have to create each one separately. This is quite difficult as an EDC designer because it adds unnecessary complexity and time to the form creation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Built to Fit, Easy to Use"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

The platform is easy to use. The ability to check and uncheck parts in the schedule makes it possible to tailor questions more precisely for specific visits. Features like the rating scale and image uploader are helpful for collecting various types of data. Using Viedoc Me together with the translation feature integrated into Viedoc makes the overall experience much more convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

In my recent experience working on a study, I encountered an issue while duplicating static text. There were two fields with very similar OIDs, differing only in case sensitivity—for example, Copy1_copy1_IE and Copy1_Copy1_IE. Despite this, no error was displayed, which could potentially lead to confusion or data issues. Additionally, the system should support access for multiple users to the study. "Viedoc daily user review"
4/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

Viedoc is the most user-friendly and cheap EDC among all other softwares. The features and settings are easy to understand .The e-learning material provides a great insight about how efficiently viedoc can be used. The bug fixes are happening at regular intervals which help us to design very efficiently. I would say it is one of the best and easy learning all across the globe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

Nothing much. But getting logged out automatically after some minutes feels annoying sometimes. Also, may be few other control type introduction like table and image would also help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Viedoc stands out for its ease of navigation and robust design capabilities"
4/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

Viedoc’s design configuration feature enables more effective and efficient study setup. The platform’s intuitive interface, combined with comprehensive and well-structured e-learning modules, makes it easy to understand and utilize its capabilities. Notably, the scope features especially the logistics module are advanced and user-friendly, significantly enhancing trial operations and contributing to streamlined and efficient study execution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

Testing post-live updates in Viedoc presents certain limitations, particularly in replicating some real-time scenarios. Additionally, there is currently no linkage between Common Events and Scheduled Events, which has been a key requirement from the sponsor. Establishing this connection would greatly enhance data traceability and operational efficiency. Furthermore, an enhancement to support repeating fields within a single form would be highly beneficial. In several assessments, repeated measures are required, and the current workaround—using repeating forms—complicates programming logic and increases implementation effort. "Interactive, Easy-to-Navigate UI with Clear Instructions"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

1. The UI is very interactive and each and every corner can be easily navigated all the forms with proper instructions.

2. Jumping through different study roles easily comparing other EDCs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

1. Using always mouse always to navigate through the fields. It would be better if can be jumping to next field using tab button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Helpdesk and Easy Setup, But Versioning Can Be Confusing"
5/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

I love the helpdesk actually. I find them to be the best helpdesk there is for these systems. And I build in 4 others. I like how easy it is to construct a page, visit etc. In no time you have a pretty workable study ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

I dont like the mid study updates. I dont like having people on different revisions of the same form e.g. dependiong on when its initiated. This version being burnt in is confusing as all hell. Sometimes you just want to change something, regardless of burnt in version. I hate how you can have an AE form on 9 and then one on 9.2 and one on 10.1. its clunky Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Early Form link broken Alerts, But Needs Smarter Auto-Mapping and Nested Log-Lines"
5/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

My favorite feature is the Form link broken alert: when a previously selected AE is deleted, the system immediately warns that the link is broken—an early warning that is absolutely critical for every DM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

There are two areas I believe could be improved:

1. Lab form auto-mapping

Since each lab test already includes its unit and normal range, the evaluation column should auto-populate based on the site-entered value, rather than requiring manual selection. This would significantly improve data quality.

2. Nested log-lines

The log-line should support an additional level of nesting. For example, in the tumor “Target Lesion” form, the form itself is a repeatable log-line (I can add multiple lesions). After adding one, I need to enter data for baseline and cycles C1–C20 (as repeating log-lines). These data should be nested under “Target Lesion #1”. I’ll attach a picture to illustrate this idea if I can locate the screenshot button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
