The 'bookshelf' is fine if you only have a couple of studies but if you have multiple studies it does take some time to find the study. Maybe an additional row or the ability to minimize it. As a data manager, I enjoyed that the design and setup of eCRF and ePRO are straightforward. Moreover, swift deployment makes the whole experience pleasant. I love that Viedoc report programming is in R as this language is so versatile. The ability to customize the reports and not only be forced to use the default reports is great, as sponsors can be quite specific in what they want in reports. One of the most helpful features in Viedoc is the ability to generate configuration reports, which allows for instant review of specific fields, forms, or other modules as needed. From an end-user perspective, data entry is straightforward and simple. The user interface is clean, making navigation easy. Designing forms and fields is also quite simple, and there are user guides available for all roles, which are extremely useful at every stage. Implementing SDV is very straightforward as well. I have been using this EDC consistently for over 1 year, and my experience has been very positive. If any issues arise, the Viedoc support team is always available and responds quickly.
