"Budget-Friendly, User-Friendly EDC with Reliable Performance"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

It’s a budget-friendly and user-friendly EDC. After around 2 years of use, I haven’t had any performance issues. It also comes with excellent standard reports that are readily available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

Honestly, there’s really not much to dislike about Viedoc. That said, on the Issues page - where we see all the queries that need to be addressed - it would be better if there were more filters available, so we could narrow things down by visit or by specific forms. "Efficient, User-Friendly Data Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

I find Viedoc to be an easy, user-friendly CDMS, which greatly simplifies data coding and review. The process of generating reports is quick and the ability to easily filter and navigate through the system is a big plus. I especially appreciate how queries are easily tracked and managed. The query resolution feature stands out for me because it's simple to download and navigate all queries, and I can easily re-query a field and see the query history. I also enjoy using the built-in coder and being able to go directly to the term for queries by selecting it in the coder. Viedoc is time-saving and incredibly easy to navigate. Its initial setup was very easy and user-friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

I would prefer that when you select a query and resolve/reraise it, that Viedoc does not automatically exit the participant as sometimes the resolution of the query is dependent on another form that needs to be checked/reviewed before exiting the participant. "An EDC That Stays in the Background and Lets the Work Lead"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

Operational Fit: It feels like it was designed by people who’ve actually run studies—day-to-day tasks flow in a logical way, without needing workarounds.

Data Confidence: Updates and edits are transparent and traceable, which makes reviews feel reliable instead of overly cautious.

Team Adoption: There’s been minimal resistance from sites and internal teams, which is rare with EDC tools.

Efficiency Over Features: It doesn’t try to impress with unnecessary noise; it stays focused on what genuinely moves study work forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

Limited Flexibility Late in the Study: Once a study is underway, making changes feels more restrictive than I expected, and it often forces extra compromises in the overall design.

Custom Logic Effort: Advanced edit checks are possible, but they typically require more manual structuring than feels intuitive.

Reporting Gaps: The standard exports are clean and usable, but when I need more tailored operational views, it usually takes additional external work.

UI Assumptions: Some screens seem designed with experienced users in mind, which can slow down first-time site staff and make onboarding less smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Colorful UI with Fast Navigation and Minimal Loading Time"
5/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

The UI of Viedoc really motivates me to work in it because it looks so user-friendly and colourful. The navigation in Viedoc is also very straightforward, making it easy for everyone to understand and use. Switching between different studies is especially helpful, and the loading time is minimal, which helps us work faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

One thing I disliked is that I couldn’t export the deleted pages/forms as a separate report. They only appear along with the current forms in a single PDF for the subject. It would be really helpful if we were able to generate and download a report that includes only the deleted pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Reporting with Top-Notch Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

I like using Viedoc for its seamless reports that come in a format needing minimal customization, which helps us complete analysis quickly. I also appreciate the coding module, which significantly reduces time due to its automatic coding feature, cutting medical coding efforts by up to 50% for simple studies and 30% for complex terminologies. The initial setup was very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

It will be helpful if Viedoc support can also offer clarification resolution via calls in case of urgent issues. One more aspect will be to provide an expected resolution time for already known issues. A vague timeline would also help us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Design, Responsive Support, Minor Layout Issues"
4/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

I really appreciate Viedoc's ease of use, especially how the form design, field dynamics, and validation checks are all in one place. The design settings are intuitive, and building the workflow is straightforward. The field OIDs are easily visible on the form, which helps with writing the logic, and the built-in error checks save time by identifying issues before deployment. I also value the ability to preview and test the form. Additionally, customer support is very responsive and provides clear steps to overcome challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

I spend more time than I would like to adjust field sizes to visually align and for drop-down fields, ensuring they are long enough to see all options once selected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Users easily get started and find the system very user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly EDC, Perfect for Complex Studies"
5/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

I like Viedoc because it helps to configure complex study structures effectively. Its user-friendly EDC is valuable, as it allows me to set up studies in a very short time and is easy to handle. The initial setup was fairly easy, and I really appreciate the efficiency it brings to my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

Configuring validation checks for form link items. As of now, if I attach any form in another form, I can't validate any data within the attached form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Viedoc’s User-Friendly UI Makes EDC Navigation Effortless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

The UI of viedoc is really nice compared to the other EDCs and I always felt it so user-friendly and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

If there are loglines in common forms, it will be easy to navigate and it will help to control a lot of visibilities in designs. If there is SAS export options also with CSV export maybe it will be more useful to customize reports Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly with Effective Reporting Tools"
5/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

I find Viedoc user friendly with features that are easy to use, especially the design, export, and reports. Clients appreciate the default custom reports for making visual data and tracking specific data. The export process is easy, and the platform is less expensive and faster to design the database. Setting it up initially was easy for us because we've done it multiple times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

I think Viedoc's data import is an area that could be improved. Also, linkage to external systems isn't working well for me. I don't use it with any other tools because it doesn't connect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
