Creating videos is super fast and easy. The feature I like the most is the GIF thumbnail - I find that this helps a lot with the open rate. The email recipient can see that the video is personalized before they open it. You can experiment with the gif thumbnail to optimize for open rate.
Another plus is the open and view stats of the videos, this is where you can see which thumbnails do the best.

Nothing, it's a really helpful tool. I would recommend this. Without the paid plan, the functionality is limited. That's why I would recommend getting the paid plan.
If there was a way to queue uploads so I don't have to wait for uploads to be completed before I can do me new video, that would help. But this issue is very easy to overcome if you just get a better internet connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
