Top Rated VideoScribe Alternatives

It is fairly easy to use. If you cannot find any artwork of theirs to use, you can upload images that you have on your computer and use them on the videos. There are a lot of different fonts to choose from, which is great, and it also has its own sounds for you to choose from. If you prefer to do a voiceover, that is an option too! It is very easy to make videos with VideoScribe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When working with the infinite canvas, the screen does not always stay at the same zoom. You have to constantly resize your text and graphics to make sure it is all the same (or similar) size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One remarkable thing about VideoScribe is that it allows me to upload my own vector graphics and SVG files so I can customize my presentations according to my needs. I like that I can adjust animations, texts and transform static didactic contents into animations (especially infographics) with a very attractive dynamic whiteboard format; the final results have a professional and good–quality finish. The interface in general is user–friendly; VideoScribe offers tutorials and help guides. Perhaps it just needs to make it easier to search for specific items in large libraries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- online video tutorials available for first time users to help navigate the software and its applications
- has multiple features under animation which allows one to implement different designs and enhance a simple video
- no watermark upon exporting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- I absolutely hate that it takes so long for the video inputs to upload, especially once one has been working on the editing for long
- After an hour, the software starts glitching and you can use an advanced system software such as MacOs and it would still take ages to restart the software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Have you ever seen AsapScience and just loved the pencil hand animation. VideoScribe will be perfect to get you something similar using online cartoon images, The timing features are like any other software but it is quite user friendly and easy to use. It is not free so annoying watermarks are there. Not much support available online, but Googling might give ypu some answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very limited. Cannot extrapolate to more professional looking output. The free version is just a trial for 7 days and can be pretty annoying. It is online so cannot integrate the output conveniently with say a video editing software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Videoscribe is versatile software that works both online and offline. The best thing about Videoscribe is that they allow users to import SVG, PNG, or JPEG into their software.
It used be the King software in Animation I think its still the king, and no one can replace this gem software! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything is perfect except the UI. The user interface of Videoscribe looks outdated. They could add something extra to make the UI more appealing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As an animation student, definitely was one of my go-to places but also what I would advise for beginners. Very easy to use and navigate, and frankly the best is that even if one has never made an animated video before- you can with this software. There are quick tutorials too and a guide for those who are lost, which was very helpful when I used it in the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They should include regular updates, one reason I left video scribe was because their system would glitch so much that my videos would take forever to export or save. And many times I would even lose subject matter if it was beyond 4 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

2- Variety of default images and shapes and option to import our own shapes and images
3- we can organize the screen of our own choice with the very high-quality output
4- Rendering is quick
5- Infinity online storage
6- Affordable price
I love this application, in reality, I think that my Pc is incomplete without Sparkol VideoScribe Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I recommend that the output options should be generalized to more formats like
mp4, and Jpeg or PNG should have an option to save as a single file along with multiple files Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Used it for the first time a few months ago, and I must say I did not expect to be so beginner-friendly. All I had to do was select my format type, and the software customized multiple formats, with an allowance of the integration of videos and photos from my desktop. Can't work on multiple files/projects at once. Not sure about every laptop, but at least for me on Mac, working on more than one project caused the software to glitch and eventually slow down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's very beginner friendly, I'm not the best at tech, so when I used this for the first time I was very unsure. But, they have great in built-app instructions to help navigate and assemble a video. Great animations, and other transitional options too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only complaint is the glitches. It honestly takes a while to make a good video, so one is bound to sit on the computer for long. The software started glitching bad for me after 2 hours making it hard to work with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Such a student-friendly software; I can't begin to describe how easy and smooth its usage is. As a non-techy person, making videos and sending them to my professors was a very seamless process. It was my go-to platform for animation tools, voice enhancement, and anything involving creativity. I bought the paid version, and definitely worth it. This is best for someone who wants to be innovative and has an idea of how to be but isn't very tech-savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing in particular, but I did notice that if the software is being used for a long time (<1.5hours) it starts glitching, and the video processing becomes slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love being able to tell a story about my business via a drawing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The color palette has limitations, so you either use black/white or an outline of a particular color Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
