I like that there are different packages offered based on my needs: Gold, silver, and bronze. Also, a neat feature is with certain plans, you can do cloud recording of your data. There are different packages for the GB of data you prefer for your organization. Also, a neat feature that I have never seen before with other video conferencing apps is closed captioning. This would actually enable someone who is deaf to see what someone is saying in a conversation. I can see this being useful for elderly people with hearing problems.
