What do you like best about VidCruiter?

VidCruiter has the fastest customer service response! When ever I have an issue in the system I get a response within minutes, sometime seconds! I also really enjoy that our client manager takes the time to explain new tools available in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VidCruiter?

We have had great customer service from Vidcruiter employees who are quick to respond and take care of any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VidCruiter?

I find the platform a bit confusing in how it's set up but again the Vidcruiter team jumps to fix things themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VidCruiter?

The Vidcruiter platform provides significant flexibility for its application - it presents my business in a professional light to both candidates and my clients. I am able to gather significant details from candidates in an easy efficient manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VidCruiter?

There is no feature for editing phone numbers entered by candidates if they make a typo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Vidcruiter platform allows me to provide SIGNIFICANT details to my clients on candidates in a VERY efficient and professional manner. What do you like best about VidCruiter?

Our Client Success Manager, Remi Gaudet, is always available to support my team. He's made updates to the platform at our request and walks me through any and all questions when I reach out for support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VidCruiter?

A few of our candidates are unable to upload their videos and they get frustrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VidCruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using this platform instead of phone interviews. We also have candidates upload a video of themselves teaching so we're saving a lot of back and forth communication via email or phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
