When setting up new prerecorded interview questions it does not automatically move to the next question and you have to save, go out of the window, click next rather than it moving to the next question set. The Staff at Vidcruiter are the best they are very personable very knowledgeable about their product and can easily walk me through the steps to be able to do what ever I wanted to do. I have been using VidCruiter for a little over 4 months. Hard to choose what is best, but I would say consumer service. The slightest issue (not that there were many) and the costumer service team was immediately on the go solving it. I definitely felt I was a top priority while the issue was resolved and felt very little impact on my operations. VidCruiter is very easy to learn and very user friendly as well as easy to navigate.
