What do you like best about VidCruiter?

What I love about Vidcruiter over the competition is the fact that the tool is modular so I can build questions into a library with video and sound and reuse it in multiple interview profile. This is great for culture questions and generic interview questions that are the same for all your jobs.

I love the fact that as the recruiter I can review or have line managers review videos, rather than just CV's.

Are you like me that you think attitude and potential is more important to future success that where you have work and your experience? then this is the tool for you! you can now successfully screen attitude and potential at the first rather than the last hurdle, if that sounds good to you try this tool.

What problems is VidCruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Vidcruiter I was using an army of telephone interviewers that were costing me a fortune in freelance costs, and they didn't always know the business as well as I did. with IR35 coming I was prompted to look at other solutions as there was just not enough of me to go round. I sought to solve my IR35 problem and did so whilst also saving around £10K a year!! needless to say I was popular with finance and I was able to use that budget to increase my direct sourcing. What do you like best about VidCruiter?

VidCruiter is the fourth, and best, video interviewing tool my company has used - it's simple and user friendly, technical issues are very rare, and the support team is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VidCruiter?

No downsides come to mind. A few things on the admin side (like user set-ups, creating new interview links) are a little complex to do, but the support team is more than helpful in accomplishing whatever I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can easily see our candidate's past interviews and the comments left by our colleagues. It allows anyone to easily and independently hop on a recruitment at any stage. Using Vidcruiter helps us save time during recruitments as we can share and collect information easily about a candidate and work as a team. We can review a candidate's past interviews, resume, cover letter or project at any time, helping us get updated on a candidate without having to reach out to a colleague. Vidcruiter also manages by itself candidates' data and help us quickly understand a candidate's position.

What do you like best about VidCruiter?

VidCruiter is a very efficient and user-friendly platform. It has provided us the ability to manage a high volume selection process in a very timely manner. Having all the information (video recordings, ratings, comments, etc.) stored in one place and being able to share candidate recordings with the raters directly on the platform is very convenient for both the raters and the human resources team. The platform is easy to learn and use and has many useful built in features.

Our Client Success Manager, Remi and his team have been absolutely great and very helpful throughout the whole process. He goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs and always makes himself available for a call to answer any of our questions, go through the ''how -to'' with us, provide us with updates, etc. He provides a very good training, is very knowledgeable of the product and has made our first experience using VidCruiter an excellent one. The support team is also very always quick at providing assistance where needed and helped us ensure the video interview process ran smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scheduling interviews has always required a lot of logistics and coordination but the use of VidCruiter's video interviewing has allowed us to efficiently manage our high volume process with a smaller team as candidates had the ability to complete their assessment at their convenience. What do you like best about VidCruiter?

The tech support. Remi and his team are amazing and always are available to assist us far more quickly than we would ever expect or imagine. They jump on a call with us same or next day sometimes, which makes me feel like I am their only client. That of course isn't the case, but that's the level of care they give you.

What do you dislike about VidCruiter?

The only downside is that the system I think is capable of far more than we utilize it for. I think I could do far more trainings and probably utilize the system more fully, but it takes a bit of a learning curve to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have saved time reading essay after essay with our new video prompt. Our program is highly selective, but given our volume we can't personally interview each candidate across the country. What do you like best about VidCruiter?
