I see that you mention that there is not security when sharing the video. We do have different share permissions that you can access in the drop down within the share modal. By default, we do set our share permission to "open link" which does allow anyone with that link to view (even without signing in), but we do also offer the option to "restrict" your video to specific email addresses or domains. Browsers like Operamin are left out which makes the use of the software limited to some browsers only. Another helpful feature was the 1.2x speed autoset for the viewers which has saved us a lot of time. Vidcast, when looking at sales, has a feature that makes it invaluable: it tells you when someone has watched your video (and even whether they have watched it all the way through or not). Theoretically, this could be accomplished with an electronic mail confirmation of reading; however, 1. this is fundamentally misunderstood, and 2. most likely, 98% of the recipients do not attest to having read the electronic mail. **What do you dislike about Vidcast?** To be honest, Vidcast has impressed me in every way thus far. Transcription is still an inadequate feature, though. The video might be difficult to watch, even if the majority of the recipients are in the office (diaphanous). This issue could be resolved by automatically translating subtitles. It will always be pricey, but even though there isn't any competition right now, which I think is fair, I don't see any disadvantages. **What problems is Vidcast solving and how is that benefiting you?** Emails are disliked by all. That is, at least, what my non-representative survey of my immediate surroundings revealed. Sentimentality is lacking in emails, and subtlety is hard to communicate. I'm more genuine than an email because I can use their gestures and facial expressions to communicate in a much more personal way with Vidcast. Time savings are yet another priceless benefit. I can spend a lot of time crafting a well-written email that the recipient reads in a short amount of time, depending on my skill level, typing speed, and level of perfectionism. It is not necessary to be a technology expert to get the most benefit. From the moment we installed it, we noticed that its design was striking and its navigation was easy. This made the learning curve minimal and all employees have the opportunity to use it without problems. In addition, it has a wide range of properties that actually make our own daily tasks easier. One of my favorites is the function of quickly filming and sharing video clips. Previously, we had to deal with heavy and complex files to send, but with this program everything is much more streamlined. The quality of the videos is indisputable, they can be reproduced with very good resolution and the audio quality is excellent. **What do you dislike about Vidcast?** First, it would be great if the videos within the platform had the option to add subtitles, another detail at the beginning is that the training videos do not give the option to change the resolution, some responses to the videos do not load and if the internet connection is slow I can not record properly, I hope in the future there will also be more video editing tools which in the current situation are very null. **What problems is Vidcast solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is very useful when it comes to expose ideas by remote video, in fact, we currently use Vidcast as an alternative to create content on software development, bids, IT security, we have implemented its use also in departments as it allows us to interview users by video, if we want to hire staff we ask them to make a video explaining why they want to join company and Vidcast is excellent for these requirements. ### 22.
