There is a lot to love in Vidalytics.
They have the best analytics for marketing videos -- period. And a ton of unique features that aren't available anywhere else like Smart Autoplay and Count down timers.
They also have several things that will save someone from bouncing while watching your video, since it works when the video is paused. They're all called 'Exit' this or that. Like Exit Call to Actions, Exit Play Gates and Exit Thumbnails. You can't get these anywhere else.
It's awesome.
But even the stuff that other players have, Vidalytics does better by giving you more control over the copy, colors, and the settings of how the features behave… Which add up to better conversions and more revenue for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Two main things I love about Vidalytics:
1 - It gives you deeper analytics around engagement and where viewers actually convert. This is super useful if you're like me and want to split test the hell out of everything. A lot of the other video solutions I've tried don't really give you the insights you need to optimize your videos for conversion.
2 - There are a lot of little features all designed to boost conversions like exit CTAs, countdown timers etc. It all adds up. The one that made the biggest difference for me was the smart autoplay which autoplays the video with or without sound, based on whether the user's browser will block autoplay-with-sound or not. I ran into some small issues when you have multiple videos on the same page (like testimonial videos below the fold etc).

No downsides I can think of on their platform other than a few minor issues with videos in Microsoft Edge. The Microsoft Edge issue was resolved relatively quickly. Their development team is very receptive to recommendations and fixes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vidalytics has an easy to understand interface and has some very awesome features to customize your videos. It has also proven to be way more reliable than other platforms we have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nitpicking but when creating new videos you can't select upfront the folder you want to add it to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We did a split test between Youtube and Vidalytics, Vidalytics improved CTR to the cart by 28% over 300 conversions. That's HUGE. Plus YT is changing its policies monetization so you might have ads running in the middle of your presentation. This was a no-brainer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
