What do you like best about Via Transportation?
Our riders can book their own trips - with recurrences - and have visibility to their transport vehicles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Via Transportation?
If the riders do not cancel their trips, the drivers make unnecessary trips! And some of the needs of our shuttle model are hard for r the App to meet. Additionally, a real-time dispatcher is needed 100% during all hours of service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
