**What do you like best about vFairs?**

Our project manager Syed Usama Amir does a great job organizing us, keeping us on track and make us feel confident in the system and our conference. The platform, system and flexibility of the program is great.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

At times the chat feature can be limited/not as chat collaborative as chat areas can be.

Brings our national team together without having to be in person.
Allows us to educate our team and invite multiple partners in one space.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

From the outset, the level of customer service and support we received from vFairs was truly exceptional. Our project manager, Alina, exemplified professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process - she was responsive, gave clear and concise explanations, and voiced out valuable suggestions for improvement. As first-time users of a virtual event platform, we were pleasantly surprised by the ease and seamlessness vFairs offered. The platform's customization options, user-friendly interface, and diverse features made navigation a breeze.The vFairs team's rapid resolution of any issues that surfaced demonstrated their commitment to ensuring a glitch-free event.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

Although not a major setback, there is one aspect we wished we could have had more control over. We would have liked the ability to edit and customize vFairs rooms on our own. This would have allowed us to preview different design arrangements, offering greater flexibility and immediate visualization, similar for the landing page.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary goal was to facilitate a platform that bridges the gap between minority and disenfranchised youth and prestigious colleges and universities across USA. vFairs' technology provided a solution that enabled us to accomplish this objective, allowing students to engage with college representatives and explore various campuses, all from the comfort and convenience of their own homes. This empowerment of underrepresented youth through seamless virtual connections is a significant stride toward promoting inclusivity and equal opportunities.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

vFairs was absolutely top notch to work with. We decided last minute to create an app for the World Hip Hop Dance Championship where over 5000 persons were in attendance. The customoer support exceeded our expectations. vFairs was able to create the app that was user friendly and addressed all of our requirements in record time. Usama Khan was amazing to work with.

There were no downsides -- nothing to dislike.

vFairs helped us keep our attendees informed and notified of all event details. The vFairs white label app served as an incredible tool to display maps, schedules and all updates. We were able to include profiles and photos of all participants and judges. We pushed out notifications regarding the start of events and competition results. We promoted ticket sales and workshops with direct links for individuals to make purchases. With an incredible user friendly app, vFairs allowed us to focus on producing a first class event while everyone had a resourse for information and therefore fewer questions were asked of our staff.

Our team is thoroughly enjoying work with VFairs to prepare for an upcoming event. Their entire team, especially Alina Saleem, have been fundamental to the successful management of our project by being extremely organized, responsive, and providing our team with in-depth trainings on their platform. The platform itself is easy to use and offers hundreds of functionalities and customizations to choose from. We are also very pleased with the accessibility features and ease of implementation for our team.

N/A - There is nothing I want to report in terms of any disatisfaction with VFairs.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

We switched over to vFairs in the fall of 2022 and it's one of the best decisions we've made. Let's talk about customer service first. From day 1, Momin has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgable and was able to walk me through every step of the process. The timeframe to turn around our first virtual event was very short, but Momin's support throughout the entire build made the process so efficient and quick. He's very responsive and is always happy to support our efforts. I can't say enough good things about him - top notch customer service. Next let's review the platform. Prior to vFairs, our old platform was very clunky and it took so much time to set up an event. When I started working on the vFairs platform, I noticed the difference immediately. The amount of time it takes to build out an event is a fraction of what it was taking me on our old platform, and the user interface is so simple and easy to use. I love how our virtual booths are displayed to attendees and I'm even more impressed with how the agenda is presented on the landing page and within the environment.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

I wouldn't say I dislike this about vFairs, it's more a "I wish I could do this" type of feedback. I wish I could easily update room templates on my own without bothering Momin with that kind of request. He's very quick to get our requests in the queue when we do want to make changes, but it would be nice to be able to make the updates on our own.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

vFairs is allowing us to reach a global audience with our Security Summits. During the pandemic, it was the only way we were able to continue to share the latest cybersecurity trends with organizations. Now we supplement our in-person events with virtual summits to help attendees from around the world gain insights into security strategies and emerging cyber threats.

Our dedicated project manage, Hamda, did a great job of keeping us on track. She ensured we knew what we needed to complete and by when, and was always available to answer our questions.  We also learned a lot from our first year (both good and constructive) and Hamda was great about referencing our previous year's event when guiding us through changes we wanted to apply for year 2.

There are a LOT of features, and for us, I would have preferred fewer options that were more built out and elevated.

We  have used the vFairs platform for mulitple virtual events since 2020. The software and services have expanded a great deal over the years, offering one of the best platforms out there.

no overall downside, the spatial connect has some glitches, but overall this is a great product.

This highly interactive platform allows us to gather our nationwide community togehter in an immersive virtual experience that is second best only to in person events.

vFairs allowed us to host a leadership summit at a national level where participants from over 22 geographic locations could participate at the same time. The platform allowed us to brand the event to our company standard, ensure that everyone had a similar experience and allowed us to be flexible on how we deliver content. Loved having the options of having a desktop and mobile app experience. The team support was exceptional with being timely, accommodating and flexible with finding solutions that fit our needs. Overall, it was a positive experience that enabled us to have a highly impactful summit.

With any new platform, it took a bit to learn the platform but after branding the site to our standards, everything else started to click from an administrator experience.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

The end result of our custom event app looked amazing and on brand for the conference, delegates found it easy to use. We were very happy with the proactiveness of our project manager and the virtual on-site support.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

They seem to have no streamlined processes at all, making the planning and implementation quite complicated and frustrating at times. Their registration system also needs a lot of work, we spent a lot of time going back and fourth getting issues fixed or investigated, but in the end, they were still unable to produce the reports we needed for the event which really effected our catering. In terms of registrations, I would not recommend.

The event app allowed users to interact with sponsors virtually, network and collect virtual business cards of other attendees, access the full event program and speaker information.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

We have been extremely impressed with the customer support from vFairs. Hamda, our Project Manager, has been an outstanding support. She frequently astonishes us with the speed with which she responds to our requests. 

We previously used Pathable as our mobile app, prior to its being sunsetted by Community Brands. We loved it, and it was heartbreaking when they shut it down. But our heartbreak has been tempered because while vFairs isn't perfect, it's an outstanding app that has a very user-friendly back-end that makes updating the app a breeze. On top of that, Hamda helps take care of a lot of the data entry work that we would otherwise have done ourselves with any other app, which has been a real boon, freeing up time in our schedules for other work around our events.

The fact that vFairs can link up with Cvent (which we have used as our registration platform for ages) is also a HUGE plus. I frequently say that Cvent has the best customer service of any organization I have ever worked with. But vFairs definitely gives them a run for their money - they are neck and neck for the top spot!

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

The app itself is a little clunky on the user side. Also, pairing up the QR codes from the attendees we imported to vFairs from Cvent, with the name badges that we generated directly out of Cvent.

While to some extent this was an issue we didn't adequately communicate to our attendees, they also expressed confusion and frustration with the QR code scanning, as they didn't understand that for them to connect the information in their vFairs app profiles with sponsors, exhibitors, and other attendees, they had to scan WITHIN the app, rather than simply using their phone/device cameras to scan the codes. It makes sense to us, having worked in the back end of the app and understanding what information is connected to what, but it took a fair amount of explaining to get that across to our attendees.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest thing that vFairs offers that benefits us is our Project Manager. Hamda's ongoing, astonishingly timely support from beginning to end has taken out probably 85% of the stress we would feel when using other mobile app platforms. Hamda helps take care of things like importing speaker information and photos, setting up our agenda, and more, that with other apps we would have had to do ourselves. It can't be understated how much of a benefit her help has been. It has freed us up to manage other issues, rather than having to stress out about the mobile app.

Service quality from the team, especifically from our project manager Sarmad, who is always available to help and provide prompt support. To be honest my events do not require a lot of different features.

I've worked with vFairs for 3 years now, and in my experience, I've always been provided with Project Managers who are extremely supportive.  They've always ensured that our live events were properly prepared before launching.  It was such a pleasure to have Maria Kaleem as our team's Project Manager.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

What I initially disliked about vFairs has been recently resolved.  The post-event reports provided are now comprehensive and easy-to-read.  This was my first experience receiving a well presented post-event report and it has made life much easier!

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've hosted STEM Career Symposiums with this virtual platform that reached middle school, high school, and college students nationwide.  Typically, these events are conducted in person, and we can't reach a wide range of students from different geographical locations.

There is a lot of diversecustomization options. VFairs customer services is beyond excellent. The platform is easy to use and implement.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

Disconnect of vFairs and host organization in the sense of atteendee communication. From my understanding, all out going communication has to be done through vFairs. 
I wish attendees could email both host organization and vFairs tech team at once for ease of communication.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

vFairs has allowed our ograniztion to host virtual event in a tangible way that allows our attendees to get an 'in-person experince'. We have an virtual exhibit hall in the platform and that has allowed us to increase our revenue with vendors and it allows out attendees to gather useful resources. VFairs acts like a meta universe in the sense that it feels real though it is virtual.

We use vFairs for multiple events and have found our account representatve, Arooj to be amazing. She's great from planning to ensuring we get support throughout the process. And is very responsive to chnage requests, ect. Its amazing working with her, becuase I know we can rely on her to impliment on our requests and to stay on top of multiple events.

The backend menu can be a little confusing to navigate and takes getting fsamiliar with.

vFairs makes it easy to set up entire event sites and then allow our event staff to manage changes to event details.

The Vfairs team is top notch! I really liked that they assign a project manager specifically for my event. Alina Saleem was with me every step of the way making sure I understood the process of how everything worked.

Everything is pretty user friendly and presented in a way that makes it simple to follow. I can't say that I dislike anything. They are great!

We are a non profit organization and looking for an innovative way to fundraise. Thier platform made it easy for us to create a way fundraise and to create a way for donors to receive classes. It's a new and innovative way to fundraise!

My favorite part about vFairs is customer support when building the app. I handed off all my materials to my Project Manager, Alina, and her team took care of the rest. The team is prompt in answering all my questions and assisting me.

I wish the app were more customizable. The structure of the main app does not have the adaptability of other apps.

If I have to nitpick, there were a few things we would have liked to have customize that were not (yet) customizable. But none of them were deal-breakers, it was mostly cosmetic/aesthetic asks.

I liked the layout of the Lobby, the step-by-step instructions for setting up booths, and the rapid response time of our vFairs representative. We would not been near as successful without the help of Maryam Khan and Hamza Bin Tahir.

The post-event reporting is confusing with so many options. It is not clear how to extract information for booth representatives from an Admin perspective, or as booth representative.

We had a client putting on a large convention and wanted to use vFairs as it's career fair platform. We were benefited by the ease of set up, customer support, quick repsonse times to questions and issues, and by the training sessions for our exhibitor clients.

We were new to vFairs as a platform and it was so incredible to work with the vFairs team to learn about all the different features and customizations that were possible. I think the custom branding and active engagements were a highlight for our community as they really felt they were entering a dynamic virtual space which, in 2023, is hard to come by!

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

The down side to the incredble amount of features is it takes a lot of time to set up. I highly reccomend to anyone looking to use vFairs to get support on developing graphics to make all the branding needed to bring the full event toether.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In today's age we can all use Zoom to host a panel but when trying to scale a virtual event to include multiple panels, opportunities for networking, incorporate interviews and other career event elements, it is commonly challenging to find all of those features in one place. I believe vFairs is the solution for that challenge.

Clunky, tough to update things on my end, minimal interactivity in the platform for the user. Feels aesthetically pleasing but limited functionality of all the aesthetics. I also found it very complicated to update booths, webinars, etc. Did not like having to manually move webinars to the bottom during the event to keep the next one at the top of the agenda. No interaction with microsoft products or the ability to add events to personal calendar for users.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

I reached out to vFairs after using their platform at a conference.  We had an upcoming event 6 weeks away, so my intent was to gather information for future events, but they walked me through the feasibility of implementing the platform for our event in the immediate future.  With their support we were able to turn our in-person-only event into a hybrid event and expand our attendee base.  Our project manager, Syed Usama Amir, was with us every step of the way and at all hours for support.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

There were no major downsides to using vFairs.  The price was very fair, the support was good, and my few recommendations after the event were noted and already in their queue for improvement based on other customers' feedback.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small organization and the logistics of putting on a hybrid event were beyond our skills and capacities despite the fact that our event had national or international appeal.  The vFairs platform allowed us to stand up an entire online event management system in less than 4 weeks including registration, payment handling, virtual vendor booths, and an integrated "auditorium" for live viewing of conference sessions.

Working with Arooj has been fantastic- and that is an understatement. We throw so much at her with all of the events we use vFairs for and she handles everything with efficiency. Even when we are asking for something new to be implemented, she sources answers and solutions right away.  Usman is always on top of any issues or concerns. He reaches out to see how it is going and if anything can be improved. When we have had minor hiccups, he has always found a solution we can work with. We also had Mattie for onsite support for an event and she was amazing!

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

The cost is definitely prohibitive and we end up having to pick/choose what we can and can't do through vFairs. We would use a lot more of the services/features but it is out of budget.

We hit a snag with our own internal regsitration system and vFairs stepped up to run that portion for us. They handled it so seemlessly! We also have white labeled the app since we use it for several events a year. We made this change after we had already created an event and they managed to transition everything over.

The app itself which intially attacted me to the product, was extremely simple and easy to use.  Vfairs team were extremely helpful and attentive, despite our strict deadlines and last minute changes. On the day support was impeccible, with Hammad and his team answering email requests as soon as they were sent in.

Little extras cost a lot, ensure everything you have discussed in the initial call covers what you require.

As a company, we host a lot of events throughout the year, all of which involve a lot of printing, and couriers. My aim was to go fully sustianbale for our first event- inlcuding all abstracts and full papers wihtin the app. We also wanted to increase networking and engagement with our delegates, we wanted an app that allowed digital engagement, and a scavenger hunt to include something exciting for the attendees.

I liked that the mobile app was customized for both the association and its attendees.  Even though all components did not fit our needs, vFairs was flexible enough to work with us and make an app that would allow us and our attendees to process & deliver information needed.  Our Project Manager was very helpful and quick to implement updates needed in order to make sure the app was completed and LIVE in time for our event.

The only change I would make is to be given the ability to make updates to the app on my side but overall, it all worked out.

The customer support exceeded our expectations. Our project manager, Sabrina Bukhari was amazing to work with. She was responsive through out the entire process and ensured that all our questions and issues were addressed and resolved. She also provided valuable suggestion for improvement. The vFairs' app was user friendly. We were able to include our agenda/meetings, sponsors, expo and exhibitor information, and floor plans in the app. The app helps keep our attendees informed of all event details at our 4-days annual conference. It also helps us track attendance at every sessions. The check-in process via app was easy and smooth at registration with over 600 attendees.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

We had issue with our badges when we received them in the mail. They arrived with ink smudged on them and Sabrina was able to reordered them for us. In additions, we would like the ability to make updates, edit and customize the app on our own. There were a few items that we couldn't edit or updates on the app and Sabrina and the vFairs' team were great on updating them on the app for us.

The vFairs app helps keep track of our attendance for our sessions at our annual conference. This helps us know which sessions are well attended so we can focus on future planning for our next conference. The app provides event details which not only keep our attendees informed but our staff can focus on providing great customer service to our attendees at the event. vFairs also solved our registration check-in process which went smoothly, and the app was user-friendly to use for our staff and attendees.

Areej made the entire process very seamless and enjoyable.  Our program was very successful. She scheduled meetings at times that were best for us. She answered all of our questions very thoughtfully and carefully to ensure we understood the process and expectations. Areej was always prepared for meetings and kept us on track with tasks. She made suggestions about enhancing activities that we hadn't considered worthwhile.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

There are many setting options in the backend, but after a brief explanation it is generally easy to use. Also you have plenty of visualization styles to consider (nearly too many ;)). For all of these adjustments we got the right guidance by our project manager. She took herself a lot of time, planned in enough meetings with us, answered every question while the meetings or afterwards per mail. Furthermore, as we had a quite tight scheduling until the event, she considered all important steps in the right timing, that needed to be decided.

There was a bug, which we only found out on the day of the event. Since everything else went very smoothly and we were well looked after on the day, we can overlook this.

We used it for an virtual summit for our employees. vFairs helped by creating the landing page and offer the frontend / backend solution for planning and performing this virtual event.

I appreciate their customer service and attempts to correct issues with us. Their product on site worked well, printed quickly, and they were able to troubleshoot on the go.

They continued to forget what time zone we were in and were booking meetings outside our work hours. 
Also the setup of our registration - but this was done prior to my joining and so I can't speak to whether that was internal issues or vFairs.
